Now my choice...... well my favourite has always been Ismail Durbar. I have always liked his music.

IMHO, JL has given the best music in terms of longevity and also in popularity. My vote goes to JL.

In terms of music i like JL (DDLJ and KKHH) and HR bc his latest stuff iz really gr8...in terms of actually being a mentor itz def ID...he def is a good mentor..knowing when to praise his mentees (iz dat the word?) and knowing when to yell at them.. and he knows also when to praise ANOTHER contestant from another gharana...he seems 2 be the least biased mentor

My opinion is all the mentors are good in their own way irrespective of what they say or do in this competition.

I love J/L music myself and I think they are the best music director but personally speakiing I like:

J/L music is definitely far superior than the rest.

But as far as mentors for Sa Re GA Ma are concerned, ID is best. My ranking is:

J/L
HR.

HR knows how to pull public votes through cheap tricks, I don't think he is teaching long lasting skills to his gharana kids.
