ID as a Mentor and MD.. he is always frank in hios opinion..Favours the right people and point out fault whenever some one does mistake.. even if it is from his own gharana.. He is never a Hypocrate

As a mentor, my fav is ID...right from the beginning, he used to encourage all participants and kept giving them the "thumbs up" that was there in the inital round to choose 24 contestants from 48. And moreover, i feel he's very honest about his opinion - maybe a little rude sometimes, but honest, anyway. I feel even AS is honest in his opinions but nowadays he doesnt spend much time training his singers and does not give them that much attention, I feel.

As music directors, my fav is JL - very very melodious music.

Sonai, I think you are right about AS......I reallly like him as a mentor but I guess he is busy with his work and it looks like he is not paying much attention to his students training....good point about AS

HR-although he uses cheap ticks to gather votes...but gives good comments.

I feel taht Aadesh is honest and knows what he is talking about but he doesn't pay much attention to his contenders, just like how he couldn't help rajeev
