these are different sayings by different people, not by one proverb association 😆 we should use these with discretion, assuming we have common sense 😆

yeah, but only ignorance of both the question and the answer, not ignorance of only one. example its better if a man does not suspect his wife, nor does he know that she is sleeping with the pool boy. but if he knows the question, but not the answer he can never be happy.
