brick head and dumbshell arent my coinages, so I wouldnt know 😆 well, brick head is a pretty common work. it means a person who cant think fast, or in short, just a dumb person.. i guess dumbshell means the same 😆 so does nincompoop,moron, doofus, dingbat, tube light, numb nuts 😆 same sh%% different @- hole 😛

wy coinages? hmmm how about moonji? moonji means face in tamil , so if i see some strange fellow obstructing my view i ask who is this moonji? 😡 😆

also some guy tried to say sonu nigam could have sung tere mere sapne better than rafi so i called him a (male chicken synonym)face 😛

There are blockhead, bonehead, dunderhead, hammerhead, knucklehead, loggerhead, muttonhead, lunkhead, chowderhead and a few more heads, but trust me, there's no such head as 'brickhead' in any standard English dictionary --- maybe you found it in some comics or cartoon film, I've no idea😛😆. The same goes for 'dumbshell'.😆
