Hey hi all guyz... I still have to watch the episode..of 17th and 18th.. but wen I read the updates..found out Raktima'a out. Its sad she is out.. but to really see. ..she was the weekest one amongest all the girls.. but in the boys I hope its rajeev who gets out....

But NOT Sharib... 😳... becoz.. sharib is now doing much better than before... and becoming more and more versetile.... since a few episodes.. I found him singing a bunch of diffrent type songs.... some r more classical.. some r very new... some fast .. some slow.... and many diffrent songs... and based on that ..the public should be voting... very very carefully.. since its the public who is the judge for now.... in my opinion it would have been better... with trained and proffesional.. pple as jugges..

Anyways.. lets wait and watch keep writting... thanx.. Huda 😃.

[MrspetloverUS] and others.......

Any trained ear would tell in no time that the contestents are singing over tracks, the prerecorded instrumental back up for the song( this is different from Karoke singin). WHEN vineet was singing Lakshya song, It struck me immediately because 1. quite complicated bass guitar notes were being played to perfection: not usually possible in live performance
2. different recording modes of keyboards are being uses in tracks , in another song ,I heard sequencer program of Roland keyboards being used: quite unusual in live performance

3. digital drums is using different tones of snare etc. for different songs
4. : sound mixing & engineering is unparallel!! again not possible live................

Someone named Asha Rao had posted her comments recently and mentioned the performances by 'Sanjeev from US' (or 'that boy from the states', as Anil Biswas had called him) in the original SRGM with Sonu Nigam as the host. Yes, Paresh does remind us him in some ways. For those of you who want to know what that 'boy from the states' is doing, he still lives in the US and is as musically active as ever. You can go to http://sureelesapne.com/ and get a sense of what he has been up to. Those of us who live in the US, UK (and other places far away from Mumbai) are happy to see the globalization of the Indian music business. This will give music companies an opportunity to showcase prodigies like Sanjeev, Paresh, etc. without requiring them to uproot themsleves from the environment that nurtured their talent. If music directors like Ismail Darbar, Himesh_R, Shanker Mahadevan, and others are reading this - folks, its time to give folks like Sanjeev a call .... dont wait for them to win long drawn contests like Challenge 2005, etc. They will (in most cases) not have the time and resources to take so much time off .

Great post Vishwanath! I remember Sanjeev from the old saregama and really liked him then. Was nice to check out his site and see what he's been up to all these years.
