I Think in the Stage Shows YASHITA was better than SOUMEN!!!

Soumen lacked in energy as usual and his Voice quality was also not good. Especially if you compare him to the male contestants from 2007!

YASHITA was full of energy, and her Voice texture was way better than Soumen's. I think she was amazing!

I don't think SOUMEN should win this Competition and YASHITA deserves at least 2nd Place!

she is better than soumen, and she will win the competition too

this year, Zee was trying to get girl winner from beginning. and yashita will be a perfect winner. she has stage presence and can sing very well too. Vaishali won't win caz she is not the best when it comes to stage shows !

and soumen has nothing new to deliver , many like him came and went. so this year, it is Yashita!

no i don't think so, the quality of these episodes was really good. i wasn't expecting the event to be this big, with so many people attending. The stage was also really good, i mean they spent a lot of money.

Guru I think u misunderstood my answer b/c it was short one...My bad 😳

OK lemme expalin....Worst final episodes with each contestants so far considering singing..and the regional suppors with politicians and contestants....

Rest stage, and spending money no one cares for....Atleast I dont 😛

Finale is about singing...Not about who attended and how much money was spent...They can do decent job even hosting it in the same studio where they host regular shows...

True, bahut paisaa lagaya... but kiska paisa ? lols No doubts sets were awesome.

I think DBji meant level of singing.

Re- Topic, Yashita no doubt scored more then Saumen, but did you see crowd that gathered in Calcutta was much bigger then the crowd in Delhi. Again going with different level of biasing that exists, Saumen would score more as far as votes are concerned.

Di, you are right! I felt the same way!! They didnt have any singers who did some decent singing, apart from one song by Alka at Yashita's stage and then by Abhijeet at Soumen's stage. Even the previous so-called winners and toppers did a lousy dull job in terms of singing! The stage was set up such that the sound was all over the place, and so that might have made the singers sound aweful...

I liked the finale rounds they had for C07 - that was quite professional and upto the standards and expectations of the show. Now I have yet to watch Vaishali's and see how it was...

This time the sets were good and they did line up good singers (although I'm tired of Abhijeet and Alka). Yashita clearly scored over Soumen. Soumen's energy was really low and it showed in songs like 'Dil Ka Mamla'. That kind of song is definitely not his forte.

I agree - C07 finale was quite outstanding - they also had all three singers together with a better sound system. Though Yashita scored over Soumen in terms of energy, Soumen's voice quality was way better than hers. Honestly, both shows were total disappointments for viewers like us who didnt go to watch the live show... I have to watch Vaishali's show and then compare. I wish they had done a group show in all places with all three contestants! This time there was hypocrisy too such that the same Debojit Saha who praised Vaishali as the best singer was there in Kolkata to solicit votes for Soumen!
