@Summer: guitar work of Vishal-Shelhar (as they claim on interview) is inspired by R D Burman, but doesn't come any where close to it, lsten to title theme of Betaabi, Dacait, Samundar, Saagar and you will know what I am talking about. This is a truth that unless break is given by A R Rahman or SEL it is difficult to make a mark, till then Amanat et al have to wait, I recall mari teetri (De Taali) by Raja Hassan (again medicore remix of a folk music) and audience in the cinemal hall were disappearing for smoke and natural calls.

Thanks I have checked out some of the songs. Dacait seems to have a lot of solid beat accompanied by tabla and other drums ( Gaon mein mach Gaya Shor)

summer I have mp 3 file of betaabi title theme but don't know how to upload it in you tube, it is awesome guitar work and chords traversing in all possible direction , I bet even those who recorded it once won't be able to reproduce it.

ID Amanat's voice is very easy to make out. Vishal and Raja's voice sounds similar. Ofcourse Shreya with female voice "No brainer"

So I am bit confused how u could not make out Amanat's voice. Anyways all Amanat fans-supporters are extremely happy for him. Looking forward to a solo by him in near future. best wishes and God bless Amanat!!!! 😃

Beginnig with "Maula Mere Maula Mere" is Amanat. others mostly singing in chorus.

Yes Dabulls , actually I didn't follow last year SRGM so I am a bit novice about them, I heard his songs on youtube and maula maula part is by him only. I am sure they will have a great singing career. But let me put an exmple: masti ki pathshala done by Naresh or le chal mujhe from RDB by Naresh and it leaves am indelible mark by this new singer, this is what Amanat and others need. More than numbers they need quality output, but its a good start.

^^^ agree. They All have to have start somewhere. Be it small part in a song but singing few lines alone and not in chorus. Gradually one gets a chance to sing solo or duet which is another goal for all new singers need.

I am here to encourage Amanat. He is fabulous singer and what ever he sings is with lots of soul & 99% in sur 😊 Hardly ever is out of sur in high or low notes.

Good singers like Nihira, Hemu, Amanat need music lovers support and encouragement.

Hopefully his album will be out soon and we will be able to hear all solo songs.

I've been reading the comments... and I know people would like to hear Amanat in a solo song... but like Varshadi said... newcomers have to start somewhere... and to sing a "lead" song in a Karan Johar film is a greattttt start... at the very least the song will be noticed...

Though there are 4 singers, Amanat is the lead singer in this song, and I'm very suprised that some people cannot recognize his voice!!! His voice is so original and different... Well, he's the one singing the main chorus "maula maula mere maula..."!! 😃

Btw, Amanat DID record solo songs for Ismailjee's Art film before this... actually he sang all the male songs in that film, but I havent heard anything about it. So sometimes its bad luck for a newcomer when a lower budget film get shelved. They really have to take what they get in the beginning !!!

And AMANAT FANS... just be a little patient !!! Because his Album will be out very soon... he has completed recording the audio part... and then you'll have all the Amanat solos that you want 😃 😃
