i am having problems with searching with usernames...ever time i do it...it always says u need a keyword with less than five characterss...but i am using a username so i shouldn't be needing a keyword 😕

Why is there a waiting time to do the next search?

Vijay bhai, this new search is killing me 😭 I can't do it, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee change it to back old one, that was lot eaiser and better. I cant find some of my topics which i used to go to using Search feature😭

me too!!! for instance when i search for my name in fan fics...they only show me three pages worth of search in that section only...when i know i had like five pages...and sometimes nothing shows up at alll cuz it doesn't recognize that i am using username and not the keyword...so can u do something so when we type something to search we can choose an option for search by username or by topic subject...just the original one...but u can keep all the other features.

Me too. I am having a little trouble with finding things. I don't know if its just me, but it never recognizes the username or keyword, anywhich way I try it.

First of all appreciation for your improvisation efforts and providing exciting new features which makes the forum a beautiful place to visit.

But the new revamped search feature is totally user unfriendly and defeats the very purpose it was modified in the first place.

The earlier search tool was simpler, superfast, comprehensive & extremely reliable. The only defect it had was the lack of forum wise or section wise classified results, which the new feature is attempting to overhaul, otherwise i would like to say it used to be far better than the present one.

The new feature is full of complications, slow(like asking the searcher to wait for 220, 156 so & so seconds), all possible results not displayed.

The search based on user name in the new format has lot of defects, that it doesn't give all the results when compared to the old format. One more thing is that when you click on say the third or fourth pages of the search results we get a message that there is no message to display in the topic & when we return to the first page all the results disappear and the same message as mentioned earlier is shown again.

Sorry to say it is a big👎🏼 for the revamped search tool, please can we revert back to the old but gold format.

We have further optimized the code so that the searches are much faster.
• Now we have the option of "Topic Starter"

Its annoying me, and my friends, the old search was better, the new search is too detail

Well have you tested the new search ? Its pretty straight and simple to use.
