Desktop version and responsive is the same there's no difference

In fact many are complaing about this new format
So why the new formet is coming up ?

Why is it saying spamming first time posting after a couple of hrs in the forum -very annoying

Now it is posting double I only tapped once

Suggestion - for the default responsive option, is it possible when we scroll the pages, to do a screen by screen scrolling, as opposed to a continuous scrolling that we have now? Since some pages are pretty long and it takes forever to scroll on a touch device.

On my laptop (PC-BSD + Chromium), it is fine. On my Lumia Windows 8.1 phone, I have to keep swiping, and my finger aches after a while

That's b'cos the default responsive version hasn't been rolled in as yet. Once it is, you won't see the screen split vertically b/w the main topics & the important topics. In other words, holding a phone in portrait position would still allow you to clearly read the posts. Important topics would come at the bottom of the page, if at all.
