Yes it should be allowed but with some ristriction

newbies should not be allowed to do so..and there should be a time period ..like 6 moths

as sometimes weuse wrong user names...

i think its a gud option to change it every 6 month if needed.

well i don't think that members should b allowed to change the usernames as this may create a major caos here

may b through Admin's approval this could b done, but members personally must b allowed to do so

OR display name feature where ID stays same but underneath can change display name.

I agree with Saira, our display names should remain the same to avoid confusion as to who is who once they have changed their username and also for DT members - to identify troublemakers if they change their username. Also, username changes should only be changed every 6 months.

Just my 2 cents!

Well I think that, Username Change should be allowed, but there should be some restirctions. We could do something like all I-F Groups from I-F Dazzler, IF Rockerz & Dev Team can change their username, that way we can be sure that recentally joined members (newbies, groupies) can't make unappropriate username changes. I'm sure most of our I-F dazlers and above are trustworthy since they have been with I--F for a long period of time.

I like the restriction about having a change only in 6 months, that way it will be easier to recongnize members for that time too.=)
