Background voice said he may be feeling bad for what he did... Then he's shown saying something which can't be heard clearly.
Then BG voice said wait he's worried as he got to know about Arundhati pregnancy and wanted her to go for an abortion but she refused...
Aarav is shown throwing the glass he was drinking on the floor but after several attempts it was not breaking so they got to change the glass...
After it broke into pieces he's shown laughing...
Then his interview is shown where he's explaining the scene being filmed...
