Court custody le lega aur sare accounts freeze ho jayenge... Aur saath hi Royal steel barbaad ho jayrga.Kaunsa kanoon hai ye? Kya logic hai bhai? Custody ka accounts ke saath kya lena dena hai?

Personal account to fir bhi samaj me aata hai but company accounts kaise freeze ho sakta hai?

I think that's possible... because According to law she is the heir of Lal Mahal n Royal steels n since she is a minor court can take custody of her If there is a problem with her safety n will freeze all the accounts till she reach 18..

Exactly and also given that Royal Steels needed a heir and fast, the Court has made that decision for Lal Mahal. Anami is the rightful heir. Vikram and Pujan can fight all they want for Avdhoot, but at any time the Court can make Anami heir if she chooses to go to the Court.

I don't think the writer has lost it. He made it a bit dramatic, but it makes sense.

Royal Steels is failing. That's why Pujan was so easily able to get Oberoi in. If Dheeru hadn't stepped in at the right time, Oberoi would have taken over Royal Steels. Now if Anami goes to Court and applies for protection custody, the Court would side by her and give her protection, freeze accounts, and thereby ruin Royal Steels.

No, she is not yet the heir of LM. Lawfully, Baldev and Satrup can disown her and adopt another heir. Vikram.can also chnage his will altogether.

Parent s have the right to not share their property with their children either biological or adopted.You are heir only when you are declared one legally.

Court has kept this option of taking over her custody because after Vatsalya her life can be in danger. Its not because she is royal scion. Royalty doesn't exist in India anymore.

Heir is just a parampara of LM. It has no lawful existence. Also, LM can have its rule s but Royal Steels follows the laws of the land. Its just any other regular private company. Besides, LM has lost its prominence after Dheeru got 50 percent shares. Court has no right to freeze the accounts of Royal steel.

No, Court cannot declare an heir. Court cannot interfere as long as Vikram is alive. Its his decision to whether choose an heir or not.

Please understand one is an heir only when legalities have been made. Anami owns nothing as of now. No accounts can be freezed. Freezinh accounts happens only for financial irregularities.

They just needed Anami to have some leverage over LM folks...Its a bit illogical...

But accounts do get frozen due to civil or criminal cases...So if Anami is under attack, or she makes court believe that, LM folks needs to answer for that.

Think it was personal account under discussion...But even that might badly affect RS reputation...

Anami is not heir for RS that Vikram build with his effort...But she is heir of LM...Its a legacy that Vikram got from his father and will go to Baldev...And Anami can stake full claim on it in court as she is the only one who has rights over ancestral property inherited from generations back...

I will quote from my own experience. I was able to get one interim order and freeze a Company's board and accounts for 3/4 months .I mean that its near impossible to get a hearing once one gets an interim order and things can go on and on in Indian courts. Royal steels mist be paying weekly or daily so they need all their company accounts intact.

According to Hindu succession act the right to share an ancestral property accrues by birth itself, unlike other forms of inheritance, where inheritance opens only on the death of the owner.Ancestral property cannot be sold without consent of successors ,Ancestral property can't be gifted away.
