Yes, we have already discussed about ancestral property. Anami has right over LM. Our question is about RS which is a private company where LM has only 50 percent ownership. Also, Vikram , the founder is very much alive .

That's what I said ... parents can dispose of their self acquired property or will it to others, or even sell it off ... but otherwise on their demise it goes to their children. By rights, I mean after parents demise obviously ... during the lifetime, the property remains the property of the parents.

I too hold zero knowledge about the law, just that I know that anything bad should not be done, and that's how I am surviving in India without going to jail.😆

Jokes apart, I would like to raise this point that the entire theme of the show is Naam, Khoon, Khandan, and that Satrupa too brought Anami with her because she is the daughter, and according to Satrupa, Anami being the daughter, her khoon, is the rightful heir. Initially, even Satrupa was unaware of Anami's callibre.
