civil cases rarely will see freezing of accounts until its a dispute. There i no dispute over Anami being a LM scion. The question is about her security.

Second, the court will ask the LM people to put forward their case before making one such decision. Here, the court gave an order based on CBI's application. Her parents never received a personal notice. It was Adhiraj who came with a piece of paper

But according to Indian law

i think ancestral property has to be four generation old to be ancestral. Not sure though. I had read somewherr about it. Its debatable.

Here, Vikram started this company. Its not an ancestral property. Baldev is already out and only Satrupa is a geniune fmaily member handling business.

Also,LM has lost it prominence remember? Dheeru is also a co owner now.

No I think RS has been in the family for a while. I don't remember Vikram ever stating he started it. Plus Vikram said at one point that the heir is always male and then Gayatri once said that Anami is the first daughter in seven generations. So my guess is that RS has been around for a few generations at the least. Maybe not always as steel, but it's been around.

Yes, he did. He said that during Dheeru tack. He said he had started this company and Dheeru had been his aid.

He was talking about LM heir. Otherwise Athene even Baldev could have started a legal fight over succession. He is also a legal heir by birth .

But he might or might not have used ancestral property for building Royal steels..I am not sure.. leave that.

No I am not saying all the properties belongs to Anami or court will take any such steps.

What I am trying to say is that since they are Royal family most of their properties will be ancestral and Anami has a right in Ancestral property legally ,vikram can't just give it away to Avdhoot like that..And once there is a case regarding properties n Anamis safety, the first step court will take is freeze the accounts n investigate... then only they will come to a conclusion of whatever is ancestral n what all is acquired na...N in India u know how slow n delayed all these court procedures are...so it will affect a company like royal steels drastically..

So I feel whatever writers are showing is not complete bull shit..there is a possibility that it can happen.

The order said that Anami can request court custody whenever she feels insecure in LM ( do you think she will say her security is compromised) and the punishment is the freezing of accounts.The CBI can't say anything in this case as they have seen an attempt on her . So its up to Anami to request for court custody. Seems to be solely in her hands ( I guess LM folks can appeal , but getting a hearing while this is happening !! Its near impossible.) Also remember a week or two is all it needs and Royal Steels staff will be up in arms without salaries.

So Anami holds the reins, LM people can appeal , but they will have a hard time disapproving her.

Anami is not the heir. Not before Baldev. He can start a fight to get his right, but that will play right into Sudha's hands as Narottam has a claim then. But if RS was founded by Vikram doesn't he have the right to just give it away to charity if he wanted to ?

The writers have cooked up masala.
