Me too. Panchali should have demanded her blood and Yudi's in addition to Dushasan to wash her hair with. 😆

I guess, these actors are good at managing multiple shows and in RKC except Anami,Satrupa & to some extent Adhi rest of the chars come & go weekly, so I don't think this show will be impacted.

Not to worry.😃 My concern is BD, the actor hardly gets any scenes and i hope he waits around for track to gather momentum.


Pujan Chacha is first introduced looking at an ancient telescope in Porus, they don't show his face. He has put on a fake Persian accent but I still recognized his voice. Doing Bokaal in ancient and modern worlds. 😆

When swayamvara was announced, they had not announced only kshatriyas and brahmins are suitable. It was announced that the one who win the competition will get to marry Draupadi. so stopping him in that sabha by calling Him Shudra was not right and Nnobody stopped her from berating Karna instead laughed their heads off and demeaned him.
During the competition he was stopped not because he was under qualified but because he was not a Prince. Did Arjuna faught with only the princes during the war? Did his aemy filled only with princes? Karna was berated again in public.
Draupadi laughed at Duryodhan at Indraprasta when he slipped in the pond as he presumed it to be an illusion. She Joked at him by calling son of a blind is also blind. With this not just her but even her dasis laughed at him. He was her devar and she never respected that relation then.
Karna was nobel enough to lend his dhoti to bhanumati when the sarpent took her veil away to save her from uncomfortable situation while Draupadi made joke of that by telling Duryodhan that she was in the room of Nagaraj for His casual enquiry on with whom she is in that particular year. True his question was uncalled for but in her answer to match His level, she berated another woman who was niy even related yheir discussion and that too she said that on Krishna's advise.
Chastity is not expected only by woman even men feel ashamed. If I can't respect someone else's chastity, i have no right to ecpect that from that other person.

Guys I have read through all the points. Have time constraint to reply individually. But let me tell couple of things. For me nothing is above humanity. Pandavas were as guilty as anyone else in that infamous hall of dice for allowing Panchali to fend for herself. None of them heard the voice of conscience or voice of duty.
Second why a woman has to tell explicitly her husbands they are wronged, the moment she untied her hair they dont exist for her, they are dead. If the men want their dignity let them show their masculinity. In those days a married woman with husbands never kept their head untied without shringaar. It was tied and adored with ornaments and gajra. Only widows kept their head untied without shringaar. That untying of hair was symbolic of what Panchali thought abt her husbands. That was enough to send the message.

Now comes the most important point. Individuality. I listened to mother, I listened to brother , I listened to the person whose salt I ate blah blah, nothing flies in when humanity and conscience is compromised.

If you look the 5 pandavas. Bhima roars in the infamous hall of dice, but he is chained, Arjun talks but he doesnt support Bhima, he thinks as brother he has to stand with Yudhi. If Yudhi was head, Bhima was heart. Things worked for everyone when Arjuna supported head directly or indirectly in various way. He always battled heart and head. And many times ended up choosing head. He gets BG yet he doesnt fight with all the heart. Still he has questions, why should I kill my teacher, my brothers etc etc..

Arjun breaks away from the system on day 14. Reason it is abt you and none could take decision for you. Arjuna knew to break Chakravyuha. But he was not there for his child. His child was killed brutally by the same people he revered. None of his brothers could protect his child. None.

The war of day 14 is Arjuna's individual choice. Victory or death it is his choice. It is the guilt, it is the anger, it is the realization of what he could have done so that his 16 yr old couldnt have died. When Arjuna goes breaking the rules, then the brand of Yudhi dharma also goes. Arjuna was the Maya that held the reeti, neeti and paramapara of hastinapur. The most eminent warrior in his need to be a good son, good brother, good defense of hastinapur ends up making wrong choices.

When Arjuna goes for Jaydrath head on day 14, the reeti, neeti falls. Kauravas get the taste of their own medicine, which ideally Yudhi should have given to Shakuni in infamous hall of dice. The so called Dharmaputra is forced to lie. This man tries to tell the truth, but Krishna and Bhima ensures it is not heard. His brand of theoritical dharma dies a death on day 14.

If you come to LM, Satrupa is that Maya, who battles head and heart, but chooses head indirectly supporting many things that are undesirable. A very talented woman becomes the bait for people to manipulate her in the name of reeti, neeti and parampara. This woman has to break free to ensure the truth of what happens in LM is seen outside. She is the Maya on which LM wasis run their reeti, neeti and parampara. This woman has to choose the heart and it will change a lot of things, lot of things.

MB all characters are grey and there is very thin line between dharma and adharma. I as a person exactly dont know the depth of it. So whenever in confusion I ask for direction and I get it from the story itself, which had formed the basis of my understanding of MB.

Someone told in MB there is Nar Narayan concept. Agree that is why it is easy to connect. But Ramayan also has that concept. I got the connection when I watched Siya Ke Ram. I had watched the show with certain questions and to be frank the screenplay of SKR answered me that questions to such an extend that " Shree Rama Rama Nameti " comes naturally to me and to be frank understanding Ram helped me to take a very important personal decision also. I cannot write everything of that in this thread as I had in detail analyzed that show and if interested you can read it from my writing index.

@mangothyme I wanted to answer you personally. You said you dont deserve certain things, because it is not because of your merit or it came to you because of your birth etc.
First and the foremost understand one thing. Lord gives light and darkness in your life. Light is given because when you face darkness you understand why that darkness came into your life and use the light of your life to remove the darkness from someone else's life so that darkness goes away from your life also.

Instead of thinking I dont deserve this light, think how I can utilize this light to remove some darkness. I might have got it for some reason, some purpose. Supreme Power cannot make mistake. That light has a reason and when you start thinking like that your guilty complex I dont deserve it will go.

As Bhagavad Gita says You have only control on your actions, not on the result. Dont be overjoyed in success or depressed in failure. It is not about success or failure. It is about right action at the right time. Learn from past, use the present for a better future.

Today there was an artice in Indian express about the rising cases of depression in India. The land of spiritual wisdom, the land which has BG which is much needed in the present context to understand life is battling depression among youth which is a leading cause of suicide.

It's time we extract the information of those texts in the present context and use it for spiritually and emotionally equipping our youth to face the challenges of life.

I will definitely read ur analysis of siya ke ram Shruthi. I stopped watching it keenly after some time , when I felt that Ramayan in Sita's perspective was taking a back seat. I might not have left it if I had read your analysis. Ram is some one I look up to and Krishna is someone I confide in . I do so very often. I also look for answers in MB for my internal conflicts. Of late I have started listening to sri Velukkudi Krishnan's upanyasams. They are very enlightening and relevant.He also uses Ramayanam and Bhagavatham profusely in his lectures. They are so relevant that even my children who are typical current generation stuff, also follow it regularly.

@usha whether Rama or Krishna I have always looked at the human element in them, their actions that differentiated them from normal humans. Because it is said that God came to earth to teach us how to live a good life. In Ramayana he walked it himself with his wife. In MB he taught it to Arjuna in the form of BG. So human is more important to me than God. I dont go by the statement God cannot be wrong, so I accept his action when it come to Ram and Krishna who were humans. I ask why Ram did what he did, Why Krishna did what he did. Because only then Vishnu Maya reveals itself giving you the intend. Only if you understand the intend you can apply the same in present context. Because to gain the same intent in Kaliyuga a different action might be required. You cant take the action simply as it will not protect humanity in the present yuga as so many things have changed.

From yesterday's episode I get a feeling maybe Vatsalya knew something about the deceitful plans of Sudha and Purushottam, that could be the reason to kill him apart from acquiring the heir rights.

You are willing to become slave to Satrupa Anami. You will do anything for Satrupa Anami if she brings ladoo back.Do you realize you are telling this to matlabi mataji whom you hate from core. Whom according to you is always wrong. So are you willing to do wrong for the sake of ladoo. What happened to the talk of values, principles a lot of other theories. Fact is dear, theories dont work. Life teaches you that at certain times what you think adharma is dharma. Dharma and adharma are decided only by seeing the effect, but the intent, the cause is hidden. Only the cause or intent defines what you did was right or wrong. Karna accepting Duri's offer was acceptable, Karna's anger to draupadi was also acceptable to some extend, why did you partner in the killing of Abhi. If Karna had killed Abhi in one to one fight it is acceptable. He had Shakthi with him if Abhi was threantening their victory. He didnt use it, because he wanted Shakthi as a weapon against Arjuna. The weapon against which there was no defense would have been used to kill the opponent if nothing was working against him. Instead what was done.7 warriors surrounded him and killed him in the most brutal manner and Karna was part of that carnage that killed a boy who had done no wrong to him. To kill such adharmis, adharma was used because they understood only that language. Anami has a long way to go to understand Satrupa and why she did what she did.

Today she has to become slave of Satrupa is because of treating dawn as dusk and dusk as dawn. She gave the vachan to Sudha and bought her in. Now Satrupa has given vachan to Anami she will bring back Ladoo. I am not sure what method Satrupa is going to use, but she will use saam, dhan, dand, bhed to get Ladoo and for once it doesnt matter to Anami what method her matlabi mataji will use as long as she can get Ladoo safe.

Remember what Vikku told family comes first. Yes family comes first. When it was LM wasis all dialogues of Anami came up because that was not her family. When it comes to Ladoo of course family comes first, when it came to Vatsalya of course family comes first. When it came to dadi family come first. Because they are Anami's family. Only thing is that Anami is not in attack position, she is in defense position. Only if you destroy ppl who have not done anything to you for family it is selfish. But if you leave your family in lurches with wolves and go to protect society neither you will get family nor society. Both will be destroyed one way or other. First learn to defend family which Satrupa had done, by giving away one of her child as per the advise of guruji when she lost her first born twins.

Today's episode showed another thing. Ladoo has bought even narotham with Satrupa and Anami. He doesnt know what is done with Ladoo. So one thing is sure, if Anami cries the way she did today Narotham cannot stand it. He will come for his sister. This move of Sudha is going to terriby backfire.

Coming to Ladoo. I love the kid. The way he shrieked irritating Purushottam. Purushottam is not happy with the arrangement. I am sure he will make some blunder. Ladoo says he is afraid of dark, but I am sure after some time the kid will get adjustted to the surroundings and will do some mischief. The room has all the elements for a home alone set up.
