oh yeah, i read somewhere that they've already shot the entire season in advance! So this is going to be like the american shows - the way they are shot - weekly episode - season wise airing... fabulous!!

So is the team shooting for season 2 right now??

If they have already shot the entire season then I am happy for the reasons already mentioned. The once in a week trend made a comeback and now seasons for the drama shows, way to go!

I'm pretty sure that the entire season for all YRF shows have been shot before hand.
I REALLY hope so... this way, there won't be random stuff happening to boost TRP's *does a happy dance*

I think that its a great idea...I love the season format that american tv shows use...no unneccesary drama or anything like that...and the stars get time to do other projects during their break....
I hope that soon otehr weekly shows follow this way as well

well in the US the actors start filming from late june to october then they given a break and then start again in jan! But I kind of like this, this way the actors aren't contrainted only to tv and if they want they can go and do films or theatre as well, plus the writers get some time to come up with original interesting plotlines, and not the same recycled ideas!
However things brightened up and Kavi started to like the humdrum of daily-life in Mumbai. He says, "I started going for auditions which helped to break the feeling of being alone in this city. And for the past eight to nine months I've been shooting for Rishta, so that's helped me overcome my homesickness a lot. I've made a great bunch of friends here on the sets. Now I can say that Mumbai is my home and London is my vacation home (smiles)."
@bold: Kavi's saying that he's been shooting for this show since 8 or 9 months....which is quite a long time...so does this mean that the epis have all already been shot well ahead of time?? That would surely be a first on Indian TV 😆 😆 ....I think this is a good thing actually....none of these ppl are running on last minute deadlines...

Hey nureat! Great to see you on this forum! Today was my very first episode of rishta.com and I'm already hooked!!! 😳

If what you have inferred from the above s true then it is GREAT!! 👏

A well planned show is a concept hardly followed in this country's telly land and I am glad to see such kinda shows with whom I can relate with! I am so gonna love this show!

I think since all the episodes were shot previously,.so there is no chances of storyline changes, which is great bcoz many shows go way out of the storyline to get the TRPs.One more reason to LOVE the show.

i didn't observe while reading the article but if u notice, during titles n the small bits jus b4 brks, there i thought that they have shot a lot... this is the same with other YRF fiction shows as well
frm the article, it looks true

i'm happy with this esp for the reason mentioned by mels n some other person also... no need 2 change the track on demands of fans or TRPs

i appreciate the confidence of YRF for shooring everything b4 hand...... they were so sure that their shows willreach audiences

I really like the concepts that all of these YRF shows have come up with and also the way it is shot. It actually LOOKS professional unlike the same old ghisa pita twists that usual saas bahu beti type shows come up with. It gives everyone on the crew and cast ample of time to think about what to write, what to shoot and what to act.
The best part about this particular show (as I really am not hooked to other YRF shows yet) is that every week they have a different storyline keeping the same characters intact along with the ongoing main storyline in the background.
