Nethra has opened her eyes, a elderly couple are there by her bedside and from their conversation it becomes clear that they had found Nethra unconscious after she met with an accident. In Nethra House two people from a lab has come to collect Dadi's blood sample for the DNA test, BK is very pissed off with them. Dadi stops BK and volunteers to give blood for the test. She says that if Jia is thinking that Nethra is alive then why should not we also feel the same. Jia comes back home tired, Manas tells the Pandeys that Jia has not eaten anything because she thot that Shekhar may not be eating food served in the jail. Pandeys are concerned, they remind Jia that she is pregnant and needs to care of the baby. Meanwhile we see the goons who had abducted Nethra drunk and talking with Paresh about the day when Nethra escaped from their custody and how they got a dead body and placed it to show that Nethra was burnt in the fire. A hand comes from behind and shoots all three down. Meanwhile in the Pandey House, Gyan gets a call, from an anonymous lady caller who shocks Gyan by saying that Pandeys are paying back for all their misdeeds in the past and she will make sure that Pandeys are ruine
