I can relate to what you are feeling.. For me the first 50episides are like the benchmark.. I truly enjoyed them..even now I can watch them multiple times.. Post confession I found myself whining about lot of things be it there pacification, Ananya's tantrums, over stretching of past etc.. But then I kept my faith that they will bounce back and rock the journalism world as team..but no that's not happening and top of it Ananya ma'am is busy accusing her ex-fiance.

Anita is a lost cause..she used to be sensible in the beginning but she has become truly unrealistic currently. Who goes asks ex-wife about her reasons for divorce and how can anyone make a judgement by just listening to one side of the story.

It's a true waste to reason or logic in this track. CVS tried too hard to be different and lost the essence of the show.

Just coz this is gonna end soon..for my own good am going watch the show by keeping all the logic and reasoning behind.

And to be very true, Anita was always an irrational character for me, who lived a lie for 8 yrs and made her family do so, inspite of knowing the truth and is now allowing Ananya to fulfil her kartavya as a daughter, caring a damn about her life. Kabir requested her to ask him about his past and she landed up at Shreya's house for the same ! She's been plain silly all the while !

For me the very essence of the story got washed up with revelation of truth behind SK's death mystery and Kabir's involvement in it. If this was the main plot of the story, thy handled it really badly. Either tht or this plot was a pretty bad patch up work.

And now it looks like nothing is making any sense in this serial anymore!😆😆😆

Thy shudnt have stretched it. Thy shud've ended with 100 epis.😳

p.s.: And as I feared thy sacrificed heroine's brains to glorify the "star" "ladies hot favorite" hero to gain the sympathy points.😃

A lot was good and refreshing in the serial, bt in the end it all went down the drain!😳

Yes. They handled the whole SK murder revelation track very very badly. It was a pretty bad patch up job. I agree. They should have edited and ended the show properly. Thanks to this out-of-the-way twist, they made mince meat of Ananya and Anita's character over the last two weeks.

But, way I look at it, things are back to where they were before that patch-up job happened. So I am hopeful that they can redeem the show now...

I think the best part of "Reporters" was till confession. Afterwards we mainly got a tantrum throwing kid Ananya and her nanny Kabir. I thought, situation would improve after Sudhir Kashyap case, but even during climax, the story is not gripping. Can't figure out, what went wrong. Did the team loose their morale, when they did not get the desired result for their fantastic effort? Current episodes do not look like they are well planned.

The reopening of SK track was always in the cards, RG as KKN's new sponsor was previously planned as well but Kabir witnessing SK's murder was a last minute change. this twist and Ananya's OTT behaviour completely derailed the show. that being said, I'm still enjoying it because of the fast paced nature of the episodes and the execution. writers may not succeed in logical tracks but they excel at execution, which has been the saving grace of the recent episodes.

I don't think Reporters can be so bad that I have to leave it midway. Sometimes I want to be entertained, and this show is doing a good job.
