ya ..but she is justified in doing it as well...i mean first she finds out that he was there just to take revenge...and there is a big chance that he doesnt love her...still she tells him the truth about the revenge bit...forgives him...consoles him...stands up for him against arjun...gets so hurt that he is leaving...so much so that she steals the money...but when he wants it...she promises to get it...only to come across he dad who drops an atom bomb on her...that he is marrying pallo...in the morning when she tries to explain this to ranveer he isnt interested..he just wants the money...she calls him mom..so that he does feel bad abt his dad...gives him the letter...asks him about their dod tommy...trying to stop him that way...gives him roses...then literally asks him if he doesnt even care abt her to stay back....and what does he do thru all this...he is rude to her..tells her she doesnt mean a thing and all that he cares abt is money...just imagine how hurt and angry she must be...did u see the scene afterwards when she says no one will miss ranveer they will be ok...she actually breaksdown and runs away
