Yes - I agree it isn't that easy to determine in'tl popularity - but the reason Colors has beared and is continuing to bear the primetime shows for this long is due to the buzz from abroad too - part of it was that. The Indian audience isn't responding much, but the outside audience is interested.

true thats what i said too , twitter FBs ,its not online viewing alone but BB and their reality show get them a lot of milage , but the issue is these are discussion sites , the behavior is different from what could be revenue generating for the channel , no doubt RR is talked about but is it a hit is the question

We got around 700+ RTs for PaRud on Twitter. As Sunara said, we have lives outside of IF and RR. I highly doubt that it's a small handful [agreed, Sunara!] that are making accounts. 700+? Come on. That's a big fandom.

that kind of number would have refelcted in the channel's books buddy , i dont see that , thats why i am skeptical

And DABH is on Star Plus. SP rules everywhere [except here in America actually. We hate SP here :P] . I'm talking about Colors shows, not all the others. When you see JUST the Colors shows being compared, be it the UK or here in America, RR always most consistently reaches the top.

i am in US too , i have seen the trend , but i would say SP is preferred here also , IPK , from kunki times , star topped in Indian shows across the globe , may be its there award shows but star show are watched

And let's not bring in IPKKND here. It's not related to RR and the thread doesn't allow it.

colors stategy i am avilding talking about it , i will just say this always happens before a merger or a proposed deal , means its not by chance

But JDJ isn't giving them much mileage this time. And we'll see how BB fares in TRP without Salman this year. It'll be a big loss. Akshay has a lot on his shoulders to replace him.

Those 700+ tweets are majority internationals hon 😳 And that's why they don't show up in TRP. RR's tiny but strong fandom is very high in internationals like you and I. :)

And IPKKND, for here in Boston, was the only popular SP show on air. Otherwise, here, people look for Zee TV and Colors, actually. And lately, all my Indian American relatives talk about is RR. 😳

And what's Colors' plans? 😕 What do you mean, merging and deals?

RR is being discussed online no doubt but is the online buzz revenue generating is what determines whether it is a hit or flop

and this i dont mean the trp ad slot rates , international it could mean subscription

then it comes in channel's books

IPK did it , RR didnt , remember sanaya's trip to london( i think)

sorry to bring IPK again i didnt have any other example

merger , i cant talk about it buddy , its a hunch based on what i see colors doing , it will be irresponsible of me to talk about it

I am mentally prepared for the show to run till BB starts ...if it runs beyond that ...sone pe suhaga 😃

All this could also tie up with Colours relaunching strategy in Dec ...maybe the whole channel will be repositioned with new shows etc so till then they will run their old shows ...anyway lets see how things go.

There is always a first time & you can consider this 1st time that someone on IF doesn't know THAT PERSON's identity...the reason could be because I came on IF after a year & before that too I was not very active...RR is the 2nd show that I got so involved with, before this there was just one show that I loved but only for a few months so my stint with IF got activated only after RR.

well m little optimistic that next week trp will increase atleast a bit... i can see a good story building...hope this whole week we have a series of good episodes...forum activity in a way has been a small replica of loyal audience's mindset...in past 3-4 days all good writers have come back...there has been buzz here...so m just guessing😊
