Hi Everyone,Its been decided by the DTs of Rangrasiya Forum that the TRP thread would only be opened by the DTs henceforth.It has been noted that the TRP thread has often been discussing things which are not allowed which had alarmed us and moving forward, everyone will be governed by these following rules :
Rules and Regulations for TRP Thread

Only discussion of the ratings is allowed as that is the purpose of this thread. Having said that, the TRP ratings of Rangrasiya show is pitted against other shows in which some may get higher and some may get lower ratings. Obviously comparisons will bound to happen but the comparison shall be limited to the ranking and nothing more. Discussion of what is going on in other shows is certainly not allowed.

Bashing of other shows/characters is NOT permitted at all. If members are caught discussing other shows negatively, member may be subject to warnings.

Chit-chatting is not allowed as we have a dedicated thread for such random chats to take place.

Although everyone here has the right to express their opinions, there is a way to do so without being offensive to anyone, without attacking anyone. Personal attack will not be tolerated at all.

Do not bring issues that took place in another forum into this TRP thread. Issues from other forums are irrelevant to this forum so it should remain there and not to be brought to this forum and vice versa even if its about RangRasiya! For example if members from other forums are mocking or posting offensive comments about Rangrasiyas ratings in their forum, kindly report the post or PM the respective forum's DT instead of bringing the issue over to RR forum and snowball the issue further!

Whenever the TRP is posted, kindly either PM the DT or 'Report' the post which has the ratings so we can edit the title with the page containing the ratings for easy reference.

This thread will be closely monitored by the DTs and would be reviewed page by page to ensure that this thread is sticking to its purpose at all time. We shall assume that everyone has read the above rules and is aware of what is allowed and what is not. If anyone breach the rules, they will be liable to face severity from the DTs!

Just continuing the way RR was promoted before its start and with the fact that stars bring initial viewers why was the trp still so low ? and at that time Colors had the reach and trps bec other shows were getting the numbers ?

I am asking the above because some of you have touched upon these facts in the previous thread

I thought the intial epis wer brilliant, so for those weeks it's beyond me why it didn't work. I guess a change from the normal daily shows did not work.

agreed it was doing so well
IGT5 got its best ever opening
Singh Saheb The Great got 3.6 trp
R Rajkumar got 5.4 trp even defeating Jai Ho in terms of Trp
KKK5 got good ratings as well
BB7 got its best rating in the Grand Finale
but after BB7 The channel had seen quite a low
I believe its because of Viewers fatigue not any Reach

cnwk and jdj are still fetching the No.s

hey RD

i think actors can create buzz and known faces will definitely lead to people tuning in , to see whats in the new show

but to continue watching even for a few weeks the show has to be what tehy are looking for , so the trick is to attract the right segment of people who will enjoy this kind of a theme ,here i feel was the problem with RR, positioning , there was a difference in the message(promos , promotions) and content , even in the initial weeks , the people who tuned in seeing the 'love story ' , though i feel the initial weeks of RR has potential to be a blockbuster , manipulative king , strong headed girl , hero with ideals more important than actions but eventually they took the lack of trps (or the fact that the trps were lower than expectation) too seriously and the show went everywhere

i feel had they stuck with their initial plot the show would have eventually gathered trps , instead they went for customised for a unknown or what they thought was TRP audience

the split in the team and the rush in the story line and constant change of track are indicative of the lack of trust in the porject , they are trying hard
