Yes - I agree it isn't that easy to determine in'tl popularity - but the reason Colors has beared and is continuing to bear the primetime shows for this long with both having such low TRP is due to the buzz from abroad too - part of it was that. The Indian audience isn't responding much, but the outside audience is interested.

We got around 700+ RTs for PaRud on Twitter. As Sunara said, we have lives outside of IF and RR. I highly doubt that it's a small handful [agreed, Sunara!] that are making accounts. 700+? Come on. That's a big fandom.

And DABH is on Star Plus. SP rules everywhere [except here in America actually. We hate SP here :P] . I'm talking about Colors shows, not all the others. When you see JUST the Colors shows being compared, be it the UK or here in America, RR always most consistently reaches the top.

Does that matter? Yes. Because Colors as a whole is not doing so well right now. They're not competing with other channels so much as trying to save what they have. You see what I'm saying? They're trying not to sink. JDJ isn't even bringing them TRP this year. Something is very wrong.

And let's not bring in IPKKND here. It's not related to RR and the thread doesn't allow it.

First of all I don't know who this Gul is whom you keep referring to & secondly I NEVER said that it's because of the curse on ST that this is happening...what I said was that THIS IS THE THOUGHT THAT IS COMING TO MY MIND, COULD THIS BE THE REASON? It was a question that I asked , I never said THIS IS THE REASON.What I mentioned was MY THOUGHT not universal truth.

ST is in trouble meera ...first the business split happened and I presume the financial responsibilty of RR is totally his ...he will need to get new finance for his new shows ...anyway good luck to him.

ya they r not allowed. i know cz few days back at office IF was not loading and i tried a proxy and it allowed me to view first page but didn't let me login with my ID i was fedup n gave up after trying abt 4-5 proxies! 😕

true thats what i said too , twitter FBs ,its not online viewing alone but BB and their reality show get them a lot of milage , but the issue is these are discussion sites , the behavior is different from what could be revenue generating for the channel , no doubt RR is talked about but is it a hit is the question

that kind of number would have refelcted in the channel's books buddy , i dont see that , thats why i am skeptical

i am in US too , i have seen the trend , but i would say SP is preferred here also , IPK , from kunki times , star topped in Indian shows across the globe , may be its there award shows but star show are watched

colors stategy i am avilding talking about it , i will just say this always happens before a merger or a proposed deal , means its not by chance

- This is firstly an TRP thread. Don't turn every post into an AT or everything revolving Sanaya or Ashish.

- This is a forum and the forum is for all. Hence you can't expect flowery praising posts all the time.

- Take criticism sportingly and don't get into a fight for every single issue.

- Kindly avoid bringing in other shows into discussions. I had noticed other shows/Gul Khan being discussed when they are not related to the show or forum.

PS: am shocked though i didn't know any1 on IF was unaware of Gul! so used that example! sorry didn't mean to offend lol.. its just an example

Let us refrain from bringing other shows here please. RR is what should matter to us now. No point bashing sanaya / ashish or that matter any actor to crew member from the show. No show can stand on the shoulders of the actors or any single member. It is an entire team effort and the lead actors' popularity can help only to a certain extent and Sanaya's popularity and her skills as an actress need not be proved to anyone cos facts show it all. I didn't bring Gul in picture SPraba, I don't even know who she or he is ? I just shared my thought( which is the biggest mistake I made ) which has been occurring for the past few days & that too because my friend keeps harping on it...and I never bashed Sanaya ... NEVER...I don't know what made you feel/say that ?😭😭
