If they really had valid reasons to give the leads less time, that's fine. Everyone understands that...and there are other people in the cast who could have been given more screen time...

But no, they went a step ahead instead and brought in Mohini to the mix, a perfect way to aggravate the audience even more.

Laila is needed to bring PaRud close and make Rudra realise that he loves Paro but the problem here is too much screenspace given to her so called rants with Mohini and we know actress is not doing a grt job either

It is too late to bring another actor at this point to play Laila besides I think we need to take into account that this is the first time Ms Ankita Sharma is playing a vamp (I think?), what can be done is to give her some time to do homework, like watch videos of many other vamps in different shows (we have plenty over the years in daily dramas alone!) I am not telling her to copy any actor but being a professional actor she should be able to figure out how to play Laila better by watching different actors and develop the character of Laila. Perhaps "Laila" needs to disappear for some time so Ms Ankita Sharma will have time to prepare her character better (and we audience will get a break, we really need one!) Hope if Ms Ankita Sharma is reading here, please do not take it in a negative way, if Laila is portrayed appropriately, we as audience will enjoy the drama better and I am sure a hard working actor like you definitely wish to do full justice to the role you are portraying.

yeah mayb the director should talk to her .. ask her to tone down her expressions a bit .. mayb take acting tips from Mohini wali actress only who is a senior and playing a vamp too ... And I hope the actress understands that we r only criticising her acting here for her betterment ... she was initially good as Laila when she was not negative .. its just that after becoming negative , she is not able to pull off the role ...

I AM NOT ON TWITTER, CAN SOMEONE CONVEY OUR OPINION ABOUT MS ANKITA SHARMA'S MUCH NEEDED IMPROVEMENT IN ACTING TO THE CVS AND THE PRODUCER AND PLEASE GET THEM TO TAKE THIS AS CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM AND NOT BASHING OF AN ACTOR. THANK YOU.

PS: I decided to write this because today I actually switched the channel for a minute during the talk between Laila and Paro outside the haveli, first time I switched and that is not good! Really hope the cvs will do something to improve the acting of Ms Ankita Sharma, take her out and bring her later better prepared, it will be sad to kill the character!

yes I felt like switching too and watch IPL instead and this is first time happening during RR runtime .. so well it means something is definitely a put off in her acting
