If I was Paro, I would think that's been with a woman for 8 years but never loved her, how can I be so sure that he loves me and that too after a short while.

<font color="#0066CC" face="Comic Sans MS, Times, serif" size="2"> Honestly if it was me I would have a problem with him walking out on Laila without looking back and then wonder that if that is how casual an 8 yr long acquaintance is what would be my own position?
@TM: But well if I take this out of the story and general I think you are VERY much correct! We live in a hypocritical society!! An sexually liberal girl is called a s**t and a sexually liberal man is called experienced!!
Simply will say what my mom told me when I was 16 or so (will roughly translate what she told me in my native language).. she said that as unfair as it is, in our society u can wash a boy and take him in to the house no matter what he has done on that front, but a girl cannot. And to be careful.. she doesn't think it fair, but she accepts it.
And actually if it was me, if a guy had a relationship for 8yrs (a normal relationship n not just tumbling in the bed, cz then that such of a psycho is not likely to be a part of real life for me) and it broke and they parted ways, if he explains it to me I wouldn't have any issues accepting him.
And I would like if I was given the same courtesy.. but realistically I know that as an Asian girl living in an Asian country, its not possible.. as unfair as it is, it will not be accepted.
Now applying it to the context of the story.. well Paro is so inexperienced about life and naive to a point that she was brainwashed that men in that society can do anything n she should accept anything her husband does, etc (its reality in rural places) and in that case she would feel hurt, naturally.. to know that he had someone for so long in his life before she came to his life..
but forgiving him for that affair? nah. no need cz he never cheated her, nor did he ever know a girl like Paro will come to his life and would make a normal man out of him and give him a natural normal domestic life and marriage.
he only has to be honest with her. She would be very hurt.. but whether he should apologize to Paro for that I am not sure! But he should definitely apologize to Laila if that was the case!😆
he should feel bad, not abt cheating Paro, but being so emotionless.. maybe.. i dunno. I am not gonna crucify him without knowing how it will be shown anyway.

@bold:- i think its more because of the mythological connections and not the rural background. If it would not be because of the religious reasons, Paro would never take the vow to leave him after his recovery. She has even said that Rudra is the second roop of lord shiv, so no scope of confusion.😆

Now that we have a non mythological situation whether we get a non mythological solution
I think the whole.idea of this track is paro Has been worshipping Rudra , because of her rural teaching or cos of the mythology she found
But this track will make her realize Rudra is no god and every thing is not way she wants it
It will be interesting to see paro's reaction
hopefully we will get one. if we dont, we will just move on with the next track.😆

on the rural upbringing and divine connections she believes in, its one and the same thing so ya.. so its a pretty good take on why its being done..
