This does not bode well for Rudra

Mixed bag epi today...some nice moments though...most notably, Rudra's soft, fleeting smile on hearing Paro's "uski piski" jantar mantar chant😆

Paro as expected has made instant fraandship with Laila😆...why am I not even surprised😆...I guess she feels bonded to Laila thanks to the fact that they both love the same guy😕 and they both got attacked by Tejawat?😕 Wow what things to bond over😆


The standout scene obviously was the one with RP sleeping on that mattress on the floor and even in his sleep, Rudra can't help but stand guard over her, can he? His hand has to become that ledge next to the pillow so that Paro's head doesn't fall off the pillow...aww...lol and Paro expectedly gravitates to that side only and ends up using his hand as a pillow...and Paro thinking to herself about all he said about his traumas and putting her hand over his to console him...I liked that Rudra's thoughts were shown too...he WANTS to open up more to her but as he says, his past always shows up just when he's about to open up and only ends up burdening him more...this time it's Laila.

Clearly Rudra is VERY uncomfortable with Laila around...was very pissed off when he felt that Laila has told Paro the truth of their relationship😆...and he asked the most logical question of the epi to Paro..."Tu meri patni hai aur yeh jaante huye ki Laila mujhse pyar karti hai, tu chaahti hai woh yahaan rahe? Tu kis mitti ki bani hai?" (LTL watchers know the obvious answer to this :P) but anyways Paro ofcourse is just happy that Rudra called her his patni...and she even says that is all they need for this relationship...Dhanya hain aap Parvati maata😆


Body doubles are still being used, I see😆...but still they didn't affect the scenes that badly so I won't complain.


What disturbs me is the way Laila is being presented...sorry to say but Ankita is coming across pretty artificial and forced with this track...I had high hopes for Laila's return but this seems like it's a forced bringing together of two vamps...Ananya and Ankita's acting styles don't gel well together...Ananya has more screen presence as a vamp...Ankita seems off balance with this new development of "rang badalti chipkali" type Laila...to make matters worse, it seems like they are GROOMING Laila to be a PARO replacement?😕😆...

What was with that aarti scene in the end? Stuff like this is making me think that Laila will present herself as perfect patni/bahu material and Paro a.k.a Tyag ki devi will be maha IMPRESSED by this and the fact that Laila loves Rudra and just go ahead and GIFT him to her?😆😆


Another bit that stood out to me was Laila saying she wants the old "jaanwar" wala Rudra back😆😆...So it seems that the INEVITABLE way this is heading towards is this...Paro keeps on being a happy bunny dancing around in the joy of Rudra calling her his patni, possibly smiling at her, gifting her a few more choodis...then she remembers she has to leave him...she looks around and notices that Laila loves him and is her BFF now so she will entrust Rudra in Laila's care and take off...Rudra will go BALLISTIC obviously and Laila will possibly get her wish of JAANWAR Rudra back...lol...and then Rudra will go look for Paro...Laila will get her wish and still lose😆


I dread this a bit though...despite the fact that I enjoy watching intense and angsty Rudra...but this is coming across as almost callous on Paro's behalf...she says she loves this guy, he's her everything...and she can SEE how he is opening up to her, genuinely falling even more for her...he's TOLD her about how he fell apart when his mother left him...so why isn't she thinking about how shattered he'll be if SHE leaves him? On one hand, she's willingly becoming his anchor, his support and the next moment, she will just pull her hand away and disappear...isn't that worse?

I guess she is just helplessly swept up in the high of her own love for him and isn't thinking long-term...other than possibly leaving him to Laila thinking she's doing him good😕😕😆

One thing stood out for me and that was thaila doing the arti 😕 like seriously what exactly was that all about? so paro see just how nobel and homely thaila is? that shes perfect for rudra when paro decides to do a runner?
Even after listening and seeing just how fragile, damaged and broken rudra is from the inside, she thinks he will be jumping for joy when she does a disappearing act? Does she not know him at all?

I so agree the lady playing laila is trying way to hard and its cringe worthy...just tone it down darling 😆

Btw i somehow doubt rudra will let paro walk away, unlike everyone else in the haveli rudra still has a brain which he uses and will find out the truth about thailas drama and along with that discover paros little secret...im sure his tempet will hit the roof 😆

Oh How I wish they had left the sacrifice thing out of RR! It makes this whole thing confusing. And more dreadful. And you are right - laila back, wanting the janwar with zeher or whatever back and Paro getting ready to leave! We are headed right towards the angry 'jallad' Rudra being back. So the dhoka part is going to be back. Rudra is not going to understand her why she has to leave part when he is in his Rudra avatar. Angry and broken that she left in the first place. Today he just gave in to her decision of keeping Laila in the house even if he did not like it. All because she says she won't be able to forgive him and herself. She has gained that much importance in his life. No way he is going to sit and think it through when another most important person in his life chooses to leave him. Whatever the reason!

Little does he know that Paro doesn't seem to care how many Lailas. Anarkalis, whatever love him cuz she's just happy that he called HER his WIFE😆...While I can appreciate Paro's innocence and simple desires on one level, seriously Paro needs to be AWARE of what the changes in Rudra mean for this relationship and how he will be affected by her loss.

Hey thanks! And you've made some good points here...especially about Rudra...yes the saving grace in all this is that Rudra is still using his brains and NOT falling for Laila's aarti-bhajan-keertan act...so he will keep on investigating Laila I'm sure.

But the problem is Paro in this case...she for some reason has chosen to trust Laila very easily and Laila will use this situation to her advantage fully...she will do her best to win Paro's sympathy and prove what a noble soul she is and I won't be surprised if Paro decides to sacrifice Rudra to Laila seeing all this "goodness" in Laila.


I guess everything will happen in parallel...Rudra will keep on falling harder for Paro, Paro will be happy seeing him accepting her and not really prepare him for her leaving...when Paro leaves, Laila will deffo twist it in the worst form and present it to Rudra...even Mohini...and Rudra will be in a vulnerable enough state to believe the worst of Paro then...
