There are very few fans of the 'show' and the 'team'. You happen to be one of them. Always a pleasure to read your review. ๐Ÿค—

Thank you Vicky. ๐Ÿค— Delighted that you enjoy my review. It is indeed team-work that gives us these delightful episodes daily. And the entire team deserves our praise for the effort they put in everyday. Sometimes my RReview is too late, and consequently I am too sleepy to highlight their efforts properly, but the appreciation I hope will always be there. ๐Ÿ˜Š
Last night, for instance, I loved, but forgot to point out the direction and screenplay which saw Ashish make use of the mirror - trying to touch and hold on to the happiness of his reflection in it. And then again Paro's reflection beside him, equally happy. And later on when she asks him to hold on to her and never let go, that lovely reflection of a man holding on to his wife - a new image of the couple we've seen reflected in other ways.
So much to appreciate, really! ๐Ÿ˜Š And so glad that you reminded me.

That is one grouse that i have against you. You are sooo late in posting your review. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜†...but i don't agree that you forget anything. You cover all scenes, all points and what went into bringing it alive on-screen. The last scene was powerful on paper, but on sets, the two actors and the director blew life into it. The editing and music was also in perfect sync. That is how we got the impact that blew everyone away.

BTW, what is your name coz i have no intentions of calling you Buggykins. ๐Ÿ˜†

@red - this is what I love the most about your posts .. your interpretation of the scenes and the emotions. ๐Ÿ‘

I also loved the fact that almost all Rudra's memories of Paro were of her smiling, laughing ... and the accompanying smallest of smiles on his own face. She has truly brought happiness back into his life ... and when she tells him to hold on to her, and never let her go, it seems as though she is asking him to hold on to the happiness in his life too ... let go off the old memories and start anew.

One of my favorite moments was when Paro asks him to hold her hand as if not wanting her to ever leave. It almost felt to me like she knew. She knew that every time he had held her hand so tightly, was not because he was angry at her but deep down, he was afraid she would go away. A feeling so innate that he wouldn't have to struggle with it as much as holding onto a criminal.

Well said humeshaa!! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ RR is a lovely show made great by the efforts of everybody down to the newest gofer. And it is our privilege to be able to enjoy it everyday at the click of a button.
@ Paro asking him to hold on as if she knew: Well she does know it's his deep-seated fear that she might leave him. Felt it in the cell when he was drunk and wouldn't let her out of his sight to fetch him a plate of food. So she was channelling that insight as well as her own fear and sorrow at their imminent separation. But she could not have had any idea how close to home she hit with that piece of encouragement because of his new vulnerability as he stood unable to deny the truth staring him in the face.

Vicky, please call me Sabs. Buggykins (shudder) I should think not!! ๐Ÿ˜†
Yes the posts are very late - despite my efforts and I've become resigned to it. I tend to finish up for the night and then sit down to do the review, and sometimes that takes forever. It's just sheer slog. Unlike you who waves a magic wand and lo and behold we get a profound analysis. I've always wondered how you do it. Last night, for instance, I started later than usual, was not sure I wanted to post because of the time and effort it involved, but then it was such a fantastic epi, I couldn't not. And then when I started, I had to rewatch Rudra's FBs over and over to put my finger on a certain point that kept striking a false note with my decoding. So just sheer grunt, unfortunately. ๐Ÿ˜Š But then it's the joy of being able to solve the puzzle. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
Ahh the editing and music - well pointed out. It was indeed spot on. Last night's bg, come to think of it was not so intrusive. And the lyrics of the RR song were so well-suited. And yes that last scene was just so powerful and poignant.

BugSa,

I liked almost everything in yesterday's episode.

Dilsher's entry was timed perfectly. They made it like a court scene almost. Prosecutor being Danveer and Defense being Mohini. Victims Rudra and Paro. Witnesses Samrat and Maithili. After the debates Dilsher the judge gives the verdict and that is it !!

The way Rudra carried Dilsher's bag into the room.

Shukriya from Rudra - I think the first one ever in this serial. Looked more difficult to extract this from him than a tooth

Lots of catchy one lines (Dilsher and Rudra) and lots and lots of smiles (Dilsher,Aman, Rudra, Paro)

Rudra heart wrenching Parooo - once when he came out of physical unconscious state and now when he is out of his mental unconscious state. Wah Kya Baat Hai

Rudra minus the jacket

BUT - now to nitpicking

I could not understand why Aman could guess Paro coming to office before Rudra. Wasn't Rudra supposed to feel her presence first ? If she did phone Aman before hand why was there no mention of it ?

Why didn't Paro greet Aman and vice versa ?

Why did Rudra say "Haath" after saying "Teek Hoon" ?

Why did Rudra say "Dard Hoga" when she asked him to think it is her hand only that he is holding ? Does he think he always holds her so tight ?

Thanks Diya. ๐Ÿค— Delighted that the interpretations make sense.
@ Rudra's memories of happy Paro: Yes that was lovely. His happiness from and in hers. And his smile lighting up the room. And of course I loved that close on the heels of that happiness were images of the kiss and the dance.
@ Hold on to the happiness and never let it go: Last night I found that every PaRud FB and some of the lines were so layered that you could dig, and dig, and never completely unravel them. For instance, the combination of the FBs. No answer was incorrect, and no answer seemed complete in itself. The CVs really set it out for us to solve.
And yes your interpretation definitely makes sense. She wants him to open himself up to happiness, to his future. And when she asks him to hold on to her, it is representative of everything that he can look forward to.

Thank you Kaykay. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ It was indeed a lovely episode.
Aman was completely huggable. Dilsher is back to cupid-giri. Laila's arrival should make Rudra more protective of Paro because she's tried to kill her before. Also Rudra is an honourable man and will try to stick closer to Paro, although he is straight as a die and may not be able to see through Laila's efforts to drive a wedge between them. But Dilsher will no doubt redouble his efforts to throw Paro and Rudra together. So really looking forward to the upcoming track.๐Ÿ˜ƒ And yes Paro doesn't want to go, leave Rudra, so yes that was her desire too - that Rudra never let her go.

Wanna know what's your take on Laila's comeback. I am on the fence. CVs can make it a treat or a torture i think. What do u say?

Thank you Aruni. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Delighted you liked my take.
@ Never let her go: I think asking him to hold on and not let go was actually her blistering insight into what drives him. As she dug around to find something to spur him to tighten his grip, she unerringly found his deep-seated drive based on the time she took care of the drunken Rudra in the cell. Mixed of course with her own desire to never let him go.
@ Laila: Agree. Could be a treat or torture, as you say. Either way we win. If we get the treat now then even if it ends in torture when Paro leaves we'll still have had the treat. And if it's torture then almost certainly there's a treat in store and Paro won't leave. On the other hand it could be treat and treat if the CVs are feeling extra kind. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Everyone seems to be pushing Paro down Rudra's throat...ha..ha..Wherever he turns, he has to listen to people japping Paro's name and singing her gun-gaans. Poor banna! Kahan phas gaya!๐Ÿ˜†

Precap: He thought it was Mala, that life was coming full circle with his mother returning to him as Paro did, both running away from Tejawat, both realising that the beauty of Thakursa's eyebrows hid a treacherous and evil heart๐Ÿ˜†

But karma is a bitch, my banna.

His life has just gone down the drain! As if a dud arm wasn't enough, as if the disturbing feelings that had taken birth in his heart for Paro were not enough to discompose him, here comes Laila to upset the applecart!!!

I don't want to be in your shoes, banna. No, not even if you promise to remove your shirt.๐Ÿ˜†

The ugly doll with the pink bangles was a masterstroke. Her doll that he had made his. His bangles that she had claimed for herself. The mirror scene was Beautiful!

Rudra ka kya hoga? Paro ready to leave. Laila ready to enter...ha.ha.. Banna will most likely take up residence in his office.๐Ÿ˜†

Smita!! ๐Ÿค— So true!!
Everybody absolutely shoved Paro down his throat. And yes, he thought his mother had returned only to be faced with his nightmare. Damn!! Poor Rudra, poor Paro and especially, poor Laila! Because at this stage Laila cannot win. Everything she tries will just push Rudra more firmly into Paro's arms. Oh joy!! And the realisation that dawned on Rudra last night, will be hammered home as Paro tries to detach from him and push Laila closer in her stead. Rudra will be doing all the chasing now. Paro can sit back and enjoy. And yup, the doll said it all.
BTW, have to tell you that I've been drowning in your writing all this weekend and Monday. Read just about every FF of yours (the series) and of course re-read and loved them all. Been in a dreamland, an alternate universe, ever since. So thank you for a very pleasurable time.
