@ your "almost consumashun" comment... I feel like CVs have the potential to surprise us... Dark days are definitely ahead with return of Laila/Thakur-sa/Thakurain tracks, so there could be "Hindi tv serial-allowable" romance we may see in this track... fingers crossed.

My thoughts on the episode...

I felt so happy for Paro today... It was like someone had said Amrish Puri's DDLJ dialogue to her... "Jaa Paro, jee le apni zindagi"... for those sweet 2 days (hopefully, all of the 2 days) she will cling on to these happy memories in her tough times to come.. For the first time, I could feel for her... when she danced around, the thakursa memories, the kakisa memories, the 8-vachan zinger wedding ceremony... all forgotten... Oh Paro, how beautiful a soul art thou!!

Rudra...what can I say about you... You, are DA DUDE! You need to feel guilty more often.. As some other post said... when he doesnt shout and yell and protest his feelings and just exists, not even try to be loving... but just IS.. their relationship just blossoms into something phenomenal... Wake up, Rudra..

A couple of other random thoughts...

1. Major Rudra's suffers from selective amnesia... Super sleuth to figure out Kakisa's antics, super smart to figure out Sumer's role in the paper story, but has forgotten to think about, let alone investigate a certain fire that almost killed his father

2. Speaking of bapusa... everyone's forgotten about him... even babloo!!😭 Ek phone call tho dikha do, CVs...

3. Speaking of babloo... thought Kakusa also worked for BSD in Singh Sir's unit... But no invitation to the "BAAALL" for him and Kakisa... bahut na-insaafi hain, Mrs Singh!! Aman ko bhi bulaaya... par Kakusa ko nahi... How I would have ROFL-d seeing Babloo-KcM dance 😆 alongside Rudra-Paro no less 😉

@ Paro's treasure trove: Well said - it is indeed her treasure trove for a long while to come. She's already got the rose from their post-wedding blindfolded rasam, and now this card. So romantic but fills me with trepidation for when she'll need to use them as a substitute because the real thing won't be with her.

Sabs, it is so true that both Rudra and Paro need at least one unblemished, happy memory of togetherness to tide them over when the dark clouds loom larger on the horizon. I too am a bit scared about this happiness and Paro's treasure trove, for it seems too unreal right now, to be shattered in the future and so I escaped mentioning it. Didn't want to think about the future.

I agree, Rudra is slowly becoming Paro's world... but can she survive without him... I think she can... She has proved that by being the only tv heroine not requiring the hero's help to be rescued from Thakur-sa... She also stood her ground with the SWs, when she was surrounded by people like Rudra - who had just told her he hated her, by Kakisa - who had just tried to burn her... by Kakusa and Mythili who though they care for her have proven time and again that they may not always stand up for her when necessary...

One more thing...now that Kakisa has been warned to stay away from Paro, she is going to play a dirtier game. Something similar to what she might have played earlier with Mala. This time she will target Paro...to walk out of the house. Kakisa did tell Sumer...there will be many more chances to harm Paro. It wont be physical but an emotional one and wont be directly involved. It could be that Laila is used or another man.

The episode was cute... cute as a button.

Paro's words to the SW had an effect on him, she didn't say anything new, nor lie, yet it all turned in his favor. And as the SW said he is aware Paro loves him, but not of it's depth. It just shows w/out any veil of misunderstanding between thm, how well attuned they are to one another & in complete sync.

This was their first outing as a newly married couple, with no extra baggage, the slight awkwardness, the sheer happiness that was bubbling under the surface for her to being with him. The tell a tale moment she takes the card with their names for safe keeping - hers to treasure, cherish it for life for this moment!

I was thinking about the vows when Rudra told KakiSa in that deadly tone, he will always be her Rakshak. The situation & moment they where taken in where significant then, but his feeling for Paro haven't developed to the stage as she is now. I believe every single vow will come into effect when Rudra's feelings start growing for Paro, whilst his insecurities will play havoc with his head and thoughts.

Rudra is her first venture in to the 'real world' as it is, with it's good, bad, ease, hardship, the minute everyday things, the difficult we come across once every while. Her dependance on him is scary to watch sometimes, but then again his company has worked in her favor always. It is only by staying with him she gained the confidence to continue fighting him at first & then Tejawat.

The light going out with Rudra can be equated to him taking the sunshine from her life. But that will happen as the depth of her feelings for him cross those boundaries.

On last thing, I hope Paro is taking note, every situation whether it was the engagement, marriage, rituals, they all cam from Rudra being pushed into a corner (we know he won't take the first step on his own either, the haan to the SW was acceptance from his subconscious ), & he will use that against her, to counter the tumult of emotions that will make him crazy when 'love' starts to enter.

Edit: The bruise scene reminded me of the earlier choodi leela, when she says he would know her wrist size and shows him the bruises from his hand & that look of guilt he had. He has come a long way.

@ Paro's dependence on Rudra scary, but stood her in good stead against Tejawat: Sharp insight!! And agree, she's come to rely on him too much. But then I think that's true of so many other sheltered young women whose first taste of the real world is through their husbands. And what should she be afraid of? That he will reject her? Won't happen in the long run because he loves her and will ove her more. Yes there will be instances every now and then when he might find her threatening/suffocating and push her off. But she'll be okay because he won't be able to do without her.
