Awesome post and analysis as always, Sabs!
Just want to add ...

The actress playing Maithili was awesome today ... her voice modulation and inflections were spot on as she questioned Rudra ... sweetly, politely but taunts nevertheless, delivered in the softest of voices. She is taking her role as elder sister very seriously ... am loving it. Loved the way she questioned Rudra persistently ... why are you bothered? You keep saying you don't care about her, why did you bother to bring her in? Why not just leave her outside? It's her madness, isn't it, what's it to you?
Alas, Rudra is not ready to face those questions ... let alone answer them. Yet he can't be rude to Maithili, because he has started respecting her ... so he just tells her he'll handle it, thank you for your help.
And loved the way Maithili backed off the moment he said that ... nervous she had said too much ... typical of women in this situation.

Secondly, I loved Paro's nervousness today ... why is she here, who changed her clothes ... the first sign of insecurity showing as she questioned both Maithili and showed her doubts to Dilsher in her eyes. Ever since Paro accepted Bholenath has sent Rudra for her, she had no doubts about his place in her life, and her place in his ... it was worship, a divine message for her.

But today she questioned it, showed her doubts ... the divinity has to be tempered and fade, to bring in the more earthly, worldly love ... for Paro to have doubts in the face of Rudra's constant refusal is natural, much more natural than her fixed certainty about their being meant to be.

And I loved the way Paro repeated her question again when Rudra tried to run away ... Major saab, I asked you something ... in a firm, confident tone.
No, Paro is no pushover, and never will be ... she is not scared of Rudra in the least.

Which is what will make this hate marriage interesting to watch ... ⭐️

As also the fact that the entire household will know the entire scenario completely, will know what goads Rudra into marriage finally, ... and with two exceptions, are all on Paro's side. 😆 And those two are on their own side, not Rudra's! No secrets or silly MU's here ... everything is out in the open. That itself makes it interesting to watch and pretty unique!

hey, sabs ! see I am early today😃. episodes are becoming baffling, each passing day. rudra is trapped in his own woven web of distrust and hatred towards beautiful women, so much so while facing a sudden shoot of arrows from maithili's side and his own bapusa's unwavering faith upon that girl, he is forced to say aloud to himself that she is nothing to him, whatever he is doing is for the sake of humanity ! Oh Major sa !
'' Jhoot naa tu yu bol naa dil se " !!
perhaps even bholenath smiled at his mulish obstinacy to shut eyes at obvious and understood in dorder to heal him, he has to be injected with medicines forcefully ! hence other incidents take place and we r about to witness another type of forced/ hatred marriage track, perhaps first time in telly history a man has been forced to marry his about to be ladylove and that too to save his too precious job !
I think, General singh should run an ''OM PRAJAPATAYE NAMAH'' marriage agency, assisted by Aman, as a side business and cite their first client's marriage as their trophy of success 😉

What's he going to do ? Be at home 24/7 and chew up Paro with anger ?

No, no, no 😭

Thank you Tvbuf. 😊 Glad you liked it.
It will be really unfortunate if Rudra's suspended. Unfair too. And like you I don't see it making for happy times between him and Paro. I just hope that the suspension is over in the time it takes them to get married. Surely, he'll have done enough to be reinstated if he gets married to Paro. And then having achieved the marriage, the CVs can concentrate on growing the love between PaRud. 😊

awesome post. I just feel bad for rudra. poor guy is so caught up in his past that he forgets to live his life in the present. hope paro can break the barrier that he has built around his heart and make him feel loved once again.

Lovely analysis Sabs!!! As usual you make my day!! Love ya!! 🤗

The episode was, as you have rightly pointed out, a question-answer session!! Some questions got answered and some didn't! Even the unasked questioned found their way to express themselves! What I liked the most was Maithili's gentle prodding of Rudra that forced him to re-think his own feelings about everything! His unasked questions that were never uttered, found answers through Maithili!! Her explanation of duplicate wedding dress and Paro not being that girl was an absolute revelation for Rudra!!! (Yay!! I was keeping my fingers crossed that Maithili would tell Rudra about her duplicate dress discovery!) Rudra so far was unable to understand Dilsher's faith in Paro not being the girl who would harm him, as unrealistic but now with Maithili's revelation he would be forced to think!

Sumer is going to land in a hot soup soon!! Kakisa said as much!! I think somewhere Kakisa really admires Rudra for what he is!! May be secretly wishes she had a dashing son like Rudra, me thinks!! Poor Kakisa! Mala, her sister got a husband who owned the haveli! She has a son like Rudra who any mother would wish for! Now when Kakisa comes to know that Mala is married to a handsome devil and is loaded with even more money and fame and what not, she is going to turn to ashes with her own anger!! Poor Kakisa!! She has warned Sumer that waking a sleeping tiger can be fatal to him and her too!! Let's see how seriously Sumer Banna takes this advice from his mom!!

Only one complaint, in an otherwise perfect PaRudilicous episode, why Rudra's job is always on the line!! CVs please think about it! Can't there be any other plot that you can think of? I can understand during the felicitation an uncalled for drama happened but it wasn't Rudra's fault that Paro chose that moment to express her feelings!! Knowing Rudra's success of the mission Tejawat and the way he cared for Paro and saved her so many times, BSD shouldn't have thought so much about what the newspaper says! Apparently as per the spoilers Rudra is going to be suspended and he will marry Paro in hatred makes no sense to me. Why punish Rudra for such things when BSD knows Rudra and Paro too? CVs please please be considerate about this. It is like watching a very hard working, honest employee being meted out with injustice over some silly reason in a company! I can so relate to this! Wonder why Rudra always has this hanging sword over his head! Poor guy doesn't even get any respite at the work place, having proven himself again and again. So unfair to Rudra. Anyway I guess I have no choice except vent it out and still watch the show for its amazing story, cast and crew who have been doing a marvelous job of RR!!!!!

Mozart,

There is no other reason for which Rudra will marry Paro. So the CVs have to use the job or rather suspension as the reason. Everybody together made a joke out of Rudra , his feelings, his job and his decisions - this includes Paro herself.

If he was in investment banking or an IT company I would have wished that he resigned and left lock , stock and barrel to some other state - preferably country. With him working in BSD I cannot expect him to go and join the Chinese army - can I ? I feel so strongly for Rudra.

Shreya,

Remember. I am keeping my word 😉

What I saw yesterday was Tenderness Linked Care. I could not see any love there. I cannot see love (as in the love between lovers or partners) from either Paro or Rudra.

Paro is worshipping him - so God like love. Am talking about staunch believers here. Whatever God does - one has blind faith in him. Even when things do not go the way you pray for - you still worship and love God. One maybe upset but will come up with all the logic in the world to think that God knows the best and whatever he does, he does it for one's happiness in the long run. You assume he is the protector. He is the well wisher. And he is everything to you.

And Rudra has concern and care for her. Baby like love. The way one loves a baby. The way one jumps in whenever the baby is in physical pain. One has no clue about the baby's mental pain or agony. So one reacts only to the physical dangers to the baby. When the baby throws tantrums you punish it. If it acting cute you stare at it with wonder eyes. You assume all the responsibility and the rights.

I do not think Rudra's problems are only trust issues or abandonment issues. He is logical and he needs to feel the Ishqwaala love - right ? He needs time. And definitely now is not the time for them to get married - irrespective of what Paro thinks or others in the family think. If only he was given some time and that too when he his job is not in line ...

I am still struggling with if what is happening with rudra right. I know popular consensus on the forum is that he needs this he needs to be suffocated with Paro so he will finally accept her hmmm reallly. I am not sure what is Paro's goal is here. If her goal is to make rudra accept that she loves him then that is one thing, but if her motive is to make Rudra realize his feelings as well then that is a different problem.

I think in this case I am on Rudra's camp because of his inner turmoil. Paro has the luxury to be free from demons so free to love but Rudra does not have that luxury he is a totured soul. I just don't believe anyone should be forced to do anything against their will. I think Rudra is a tough nut to crack probably one of the most reluctant lovers we have ever seen on screen because he is not your typical Jallad types I am going to be mean to everyone just because I can, no he is a very decent human being he just isn't receptive towards Paro which makes him even more harder to reach out.
Rudra might be isolated in his heart but not his life he had his job and his interactions there and he could have easily gone on living like that and been just fine. Why should Rudra be convinced that letting Paro in his life will make it any better, were things not fine before, maybe he was not cloud nine happy, but he was safe and for someone like him being safe will always outweigh being truly happy.
Ok coming back to the upcoming marriage. I think Rudra will lose it, I don't think he will accuse Paro for publishing the photos because she was sick she was outside in the rain how can she have gotten to the newspapers or informed BSD there is no way it makes no sense for him to believe that. But he will believe that her stubborness caused his dishonor just like her stubborness almost caused him to lose his job before. He has every right to believe that Paro stubborness has never helped him infact her will has always gone against his better judgement and has made him weak.
If she is indeed his shakthi then how can she be responsible for his misery. I hope Paro reflects on this and does every attempt to get his job back. If Paro's love is based on devotion then Rudra is practical he will never accept a woman who he sees as a curse on his life no matter what his attractions are towards her.

Thanks for your comment Loveanime. 😊 Many sharp insights that made me think. The result of my thinking for what it's worth 😊:
@ Rudra a reluctant lover: On the surface of it it seems like it - that he doesn't want to love Paro. More so because we see Paro doing all the chasing. But as Paro said once to him with devastating clarity, his words say something and his eyes another.
So yes Rudra is the same man who asked her to leave over and over, and the same one who wouldn't let go of her in the cell to fetch him food. The same one who bribed Sumer to take her away, and the same man who was hit so hard at the thought of her marrying Sumer that he couldn't concentrate on the awards ceremony. The same man who didn't want to see her face, and the same man who sat up all night to see to her comfort.
So just because he won't say it in so many words, doesn't mean that he doesn't want what's happening to them.
@ Rudra happy in his life with his work. Why should he be convinced that being with Paro will make life any better: But is he? According to his father, he's always angry, at boiling point and needs healing. And Rudra's said often enough that his work is his absolution, his obsession, his life. A crutch if you will for the gaps in his life. His interactions seem quite limited from what we've been shown. His personal relationship with Laila was painfully circumscribed to cut out caring and sharing. He has some unresolved issues to do with women and trust. Doesn't look like he's happy.
Yet he is a sweet man, a decent human being who deserves a shot at happiness. And while he won't admit that Paro gives him happiness, he does know that the absence of Paro in his life only makes him restless and unhappy. And because of this new dynamic, his life can never go back to what it was before he met Paro. Being without Paro really isn't an option any more.
@ Rudra will believe Paro's stubbornness almost cost him his job: True. he will believe it. But whether he wants to see his own role in setting up both those job-threatening situations is his prerogative. The fact remains that first time round he almost lost his job because of his own incompetence.
This time, it's not just Paro's public proposal, but again his own agreement to a public wedding and the very public rituals leading up to their wedding which will also influence his decision. But yes, it won't stop him believing that Paro's to blame.
@ If she is his Shakti how can she be his misery: I'm tempted to flip this statement around from Paro's pov - how indeed can she, his Shakti, be his misery? And if she is not his misery that who or what is causing it? Rudra might get better answers if he gave some thought to it and tried to figure out Sumer's role in this crisis or even his own.
