That Dilsher will go into a coma, and Paro will be the one to bring him out of it eventually after everyone starts blaming her etc.

oh i hope that if everyone starts blaming Paro, then she does do that if he goes into coma. because i think Dilsher is smart and would also tell everyone Paro did not do it.

Maybe in the coma Dishler hears Chachi talking evilly to him and about how she's the reason for him being in this condition not paro. Chachi and sumar will do their best to kill Dilsher while he's in the coma. Maybe if Paro starts to sing that song Dilsher will remember his wife and start to improve!
