You need to have that trust to begin with. Which neither did - for their own reasons.

As viewers, we know that Paro took a wrong decision and she'll realize it soon. Which will indeed change her.

In fact, the entire trust building phase is yet to start. That'll be surely a worthy watch.

thanks...yes...trust is very important and for anything to begin between them Rudra has to know that she wasn't responsible for his dad's state and also she was never a criminal.

lets see what these makers have in mind

i completely agree the track has to be paro's inner fight rather than all these people torturing her in turns
but how i see it the day she realizes rudra was speaking the truth about takur and she will go back to save his honor and his men's considering the character has been written like she stands by the truth no matter what
i just want that decision to be paro's choice rather than rudra saving her and taking her home

Torture the innocent woman is the writer's best aspect of creativity in Indian televisions...pathetic. Paro was selfless today too...knowing very well that Rudra stood b/w her and freedom she still saved him from the bullet...that is what Paro is? When she realizes her mistake she will try to save his honor...but honestly, I don't want her anywhere near those people. Rudra needs to find out that she was innocent all along.

Rupunzale ! All I have to say is that if it was sexual harassment then majority wouldn't be going all ooohhh, ahhhs , drooling ! Their chemistry wouldn't have been considered as electrifying. If Paro hated his advances , she would have jumped at kakisa 's offer of help. The fact remains that one part of her was responding to Rudra 's touches subconsciously & since she was pure & has high moral values, she didn't like this feeling of hers hence she was confused. All & sundry are raving about their sizzling 👏😛 chemistry so kuch toh hoga hi na.

to your question, I will say that objectively in real life a woman cannot fall in love with a man like Rudra who has abused her in any circumstances...ofcourse, this is a fictional story glorifying torture in the name of love or a love story. When there is a history of physical abuse...there cannot be any love...atleast for any self respected educated woman. It all depends in our own convictions and confidence. Love is a wonderful feeling but only when there is no violence/abuse in it. I am afraid there has been too much abuse and violence in RR already...another MU coming up...I don't see any signs of blossoming love. My opinion though...and yes, I am inclined towards the woman's character, specially when she is abused.

@TM and all those members who subscribe to the view that Rudra physically, mentally and sexually abused Paro, tortured her and treated her like an animal (TM's words not mine) though i respect your opinion i am quite surprised that if that is your perception of the story so far how is it that you are still waiting for a love story in this case. In my case i would be waiting for the abused woman's revenge track and justice for her come what may. To even talk abt a love story between an abused and tortured woman and the perpetrator of those crimes on her is blasphemy in my opinion.

So are we watching a different show because sometimes the viewers perception of a story might be a little different from the makers perception but this seems to be a 360 degree turn as the makers seem to be showing a love story and all you see is a story of abuse and torture.

well said rapun.

From Paro's point of view, a perfect assessment (though my thoughts differ on the abuse part). But I do feel that the matter is more complicated and intricate than a simple assessment of trust and betrayal.

yes, he feels betrayed by her. Why? Because they have shared something very special between the two of them.

Subconsciously, he knows she is innocent. The proof is when Aman asked him if she is culpable. He first said no, and then said yes (in one of the earlier episodes). When his job is in the line, she is his only ray of hope. So he is hoping against hope that she will simply believe him without evidence. Foolish of him. agreed. But he is expecting this because of this "connection" they have.

In the short time they spent together, he has come to know her as a person, and begun to have feelings for her that even he himself doesn't understand. The person he knows cannot hurt anyone. I said it in my post yesterday as well. He will not feel betrayed because she chose thakursa over him. He will feel betrayed because she attempted to kill his dad. Yet, part of him will not be able to believe that about her either as well.

I feel one of the episodes where they had a heart to heart mature conversation is the key.

mudda ye nahin hai ki hum kya sochte hain. mudda ye hai ki kya hua. This was when he was talking about his mother. He believed that she would never leave him, yet she did. So his firm belief was broken by none other than his mum. So now when it comes to paro trying to kill his dad, he will think in those lines. He cannot believe that she can do it, but may be she did!

He was on the verge to marry her knowing that she was against it ? I don't think a person behaves in such a manner believing the other person innocent.

Even Laila recognized what part, she said, Rudra you mention "us" when you speak about Paro and you, but never when you speak about you and me. Second Laila clearly states that Rudra has give rights over him to Paro. He has unknownly given these to Paro. Further, indeed Paro and Rudra are both right in their POV as to the Tejwat situation because Paro does not know the truth about Tejwat and Rudra can't understand why she is supporting Tejwat. Rudra stopped thinking of Paro as just a witness along time now. Yes, he does want her to sign the statement, put that is a duty of a patriot and that is Rudra. But he holds Paro dearer to him than a mere witness and more than he would have like to. The way he cared when she went missing, the haldi situation and him telling her that Tejwat will kill her, that is why at that moment he wanted her to go with him. Also, the way in which Paro saved Rudra and asking him if he is ok and then to turn around and knock him out, he would feel betrayed, anyone would feel betrayed in a situation like that. He was just a Jallad to her, and HER just saved him only to hurt him. Anyone would feel betrayed in that situation. And one more thing promise does not have anything to do with trust. Had Paro not trust Rudra, she would have never called him to save her from Laila.

Excellent post! Very well said
Paro has always been clear she will not go against Tejawat.
And Rudra tried every way to get her to sign, except trust her and give her valid proof.
So what betrayal are we talking about.
From what we know as of now, betrayal is what Rudra's mom did to her husband & son and what
Tejawat did to Paro and all his people.
Rudra never had any level of trust to feel betrayed. And today when he was up on his feet, I don't think he looked like a betrayed man.

Now with a new MU looming in front of us, will it be right to say Rudra is going to betray Paro, when she comes back to him? Betrayal happens only when two people trust each other. And PaRud are still so far from that.
People want PaRud to trust and love and have all those emotions already so soon.

For all that he has caused her, and what is coming up, love is long ways off.
There needs to be some redemption before any love track ( this brings back some memories😆)

I really want to hug you for this post!
Where do people see betrayal, I don't understand?
Paro never promised to support him, she was waiting for first chance to get away from him.
And when the opportunity came, that's what she did.
And Rudra never trusted her even once. So why would he feel betrayed?
Actually after reading paro's betrayal posts, I actually went up and looked the dictionary 😆

I just hope they don't take the forced marriage & physical abuse track 😡
