Awesome take as always. Loved Paro and Rudra confrontation, both Sanaya and Ashish were brilliant. I'm loving the fiesty Paro and waiting for the precap to unfold today.
With the thakurs men in picture now, i guess marriage is not on the cards. I sooo don't want marriage this early.

Nice take on the episode...
Both are aware of only part of the entire game and each is trying to win over the other with the belief with their logic and rationale...

Great post Diya. The episode was great. I loved Sanaya, Ashish and Ananya's performances today. Kaki actually reminds me of Cinderella's step mother, I was watching it over the weekend and I felt some similarities in their cruel nature to others and favoring nature for her own children. Sanaya portrayed Paro's dilemma really well. She's disgusted and pained to be blackmailed to marry her husband's killer and her captivator. She'd rather die that tie a sacred knot with a man that she truly detests. For Rudra is also bad as he is possibility going to lose his job, face public humiliation and marry a girl that is no different than an enemy. They are fighting fate without knowing that they are destined for each other much like their namesakes.

Thanks, Sidda ... I liked the episode very much too ... saw both sides of the battle between Paro and Rudra ... both actors were awesome. Sanaya has the more difficult character to portray ... her emotions are restrained and quiet for the most part ... she has to say it all with ehr eyes. Only with Rudra has she started letting loose ... loved the PaRud scene and Paro's dilemma with Dilsher.

Rudra goes all out, be it in anger or in grief. His desperation for his men, and then his bottled grief for his own predicament and how it came pouring out in front of Paro, was well done.

Now how will he deal with her bluff? Should be very interesting to watch! 😆

Well written post! Liked your analysis of the episode. 👏

It's a catch 22, not just for Paro but for Rudra too...he doesn't want to marry her any more than she does. Who will back down? Today we saw a feisty Paro, a girl who has not had time to grieve for her first husband whom she thinks was innocent, put into a situation that opens up her mental wounds...the thought of the pheras/ mangalsutra/ the very idea of marriage again must be so traumatic for her. So she did what anyone would, she fought.
And Rudra, he is thinking of his fallen soldiers, losing the job that was everything for him, so he pushes too, pressurises her into giving him the evidence he sorely needs. I loved the episode, it was just too good today!😊

Thank you!

They're both playing games with each other ... who will back down first? It's getting really interesting now!

Great post, Diya. You've said it all, ab main kya boloon?
Dialogue of the day- Rudra Pratap Ranawat, aap ko kaisi patni chahiye?
Maasi/Kaaki/ Dame Evil Spice- yes, he is your nephew. So remember that before playing mind games with him in the future, OK?
And what a premonition for her, her laadla lal told her that one day this pride and overconfidence would get her in great trouble. I see a foreshadowing of things to come . After all, he is her pride and joy and she's over confident of her power over him. And he is selling her house without her knowledge.
But Sumer donning the role of Devdas was really funny to me. It's irking him so much that Paro is marrying Rudra. She should marry him instead, he even has flowery shirts to accommodate the titli.

Thanks, Su

Dialogue of the day ... Paro turned the tables in the precap ...

And from the SBS, Rudra is going to turn them again. 😆

And Kaaki is playing her own games in the middle.

Sumer and his flowery shirts ... I'm sure he won't mind marrying the titli ... he was enamored of her from the word go! 😆 Though marriage was not what he had in mind 😕

episode was nothing to write home about . the quiksilver mode of the bg music really grated on my nerves. also the sharukh-like breakdown of ashish. almost transported me to kal ho na ho -movie feel.

is rudy such a pansy hearted jallad that he cries everytime he gets upset? yes, like you said, his abandonement -wound is being broken open and washed with antiseptic.. it does burn. I accept that. the cover of his mother's palm was lifted from hi s head then, the cover of the BSD's hat is being lifted now.. but really, is his mental state so fragile that he breaks down in front of his captive? (or is it that like i said before, is paro that single person that bypasses rudra's defenses, simply because he has janam janam ka connection with her?)

really liked parvati today. sanaya has added another feather in her crown.

You didn't like it? I much preferred it to the day before ... I prefer it when an episode is balanced. Today we got both Rudra and Paro's version of events ... both right, yet both wrong.

Rudra is an emotional guy ... we've always seen that ... and he almost broke in front of Paro once before too ... he knows now that she knows all about his past, his mother ... and for some reason, he does not mind breaking down in front of her. He never did ... the little Paro was the first to see his tears and console them with her doll ... he accepted her consolation at that time too. So yes, definitely, this is the cv's way of showing that connection between the two.

The bg music is too loud ... it drowns out the dialogues many times.

Ashish was very good in the emotional scene, I feel ... anguished but still controlled. He could have gone overboard, but he didn't.
Sanaya was fabulous ... she had the more difficult role ... to be calm and restrained all through and express only with her eyes ... and show Paro's changing emotions as Rudra burst out about the soldiers and then about himself ... she did a stellar job. And her fiery confrontation with Rudra was my favorite part of the episode. 😳

Finally after many days I felt like commenting on the forum today because I really liked the episode a lot. Ashish and Sanaya were both on fire. I have to especially mention Sanaya because she had the tougher job of portraying her emotions with her expressions...and she nailed it...as a fan of hers, I am really proud of what she's doing on this show.

Thanks, Pri! 😳

Yep, the episode was really good, very balanced ... Sanaya and Ashish shared the honors, and I agree Sanaya had the more difficult role, Paro's emotions are never out on the surface, she always hides them, and Sanaya has to express the turbulence of Paro's mind only through her eyes. She does a fab job!

I also liked Kaaki, she was more subdued today ... and Sumer was surprisingly good. Even his drunk act was well done ... most actors tend to overact in drunk scenes, but he played it well.

great analysis Diya, usually a silent reader, but had to say that Sanz performance these days is out of the world.
She is brilliant as Paro. She has made me fall in love with her all over again

So glad to see more people becoming fans of Sanaya ... she is an awesome actress and is doing brilliantly as Paro. As is Ashish as Rudra ... together they make a fabulous pair!
