Hi Zahara, so forum walon did not scare you off! 😃 Nice take, though i am not a fan of Othello. Hopefully they will not adapt the tragic end.. So far I am loving Barney sa (I mean Thakur) as the villain, but I don't want him to be like Iago, who create MU between the couple. I say let him battle with the guy, not the guy's bond with the girl.

Laila intrigued me yesterday. How paro gets to know that she's Rudra's lover and How will Laila react when Paro comes in her way --- would be interesting!

Actually, after reading some spoilers today I think you may be right. If Paro signs any papers -- even if under duress -- that Takur is the culprit (gun-runner), then it totally sets the stage for takur unleashing an Iago-like sequence of horrors on them.

I had thought takur will be an outright adversary of Rudra...so an Iago-like connection seemed hard to establish, but now the possibilities are intriguing. Takur is such a snake! Sends a shiver down my spine..

I'm reading Othello in class and I must say the story really is interesting and the Thakur is somewhat like Iago indeed because he keeps all his people in the dark while he secretly back stabs them as Iago does to Othello
