I was going for mrnng walk last one month nd kept myself away frm my fav foods ( with few occasional cheating ) , aaj weight check kiya, I DID NOT LOSE anything...I m so depressed, no progress can be so damn discouraging ...😭 😭

Inches mein check karo...sometimes weight doesn't budge!!!...and you have to use the same weighing scale too😛
