Part 2

LMAO okay guys i have written part 2 of this!! Do continue from here whoever can :D Make suer we have enough Shanak plus Armaan parts for Veena till after she comes back! :D

"Shaantanu!!Where were you?!! I have been waiting since ages!" Khanak scolded Shaan, gathering her hair in a roll. She had been sure she had clipped her hair, she wondered rritably. Shaan totally distracted by Khanak's outburst murmured something about getting stuck in traffic.

"Ab Chalo! Gaari wahan kharii hain!" He held her wrist and led her towards the road, to make her cross it.

As they were about to step on the pavement, both heard a call of "Excuse me! Ms. Khanak! Ek minute!" They turned to see a man striding towards them, a jaw clip in his outstretched hand.

"This is yours" said Dr. Armaan in a deep heavy voice, handing the clip to Khanak, smiling, totally ignoring Shaan, who was standing beside Khanak, his hand still holding on to her wrist. As Khanak put her free hand forward to take the clip from Doctor Armaan, she felt Shaan's grip on her wrist tighten. She glared at him, who ignored her and was now staring pointedly and sternly at Doctor Armaan.

Khanak sensed the tension and broke the silence. "Shaantanu yay Doctor Armaan hain." She introduced him. "Aur Doctor Armaan yaay---------"

"Main in ka pati hoon!!" Shaan cut her out and introduced himself, much more forcefully than was required.

Armaan raised his eyebrows. "Err and does her (he looked towards Khanak) pati have a name?" he said putting his hand forward to shake Shaan's. He was smiling in an amused sort of way. Khanak giggled, earning a shifty look from Shaan. Shaan immediately took Dr.Armaan's hand and said "Shaantanu Khandelwal" and smiled back though his smile was frosty.

"Shaantanu?" Khanak started. "Doctor Armaan helped me out in saving a little kid." She smiled broadly. Shaan looked at her and noticed a faint blush creep up on her cheeks, a blush that was only reserved for him.

"How touching" Shaan gave a fake smile, looking at Dr.Armaan, who raised his eyebrows still further and smiled amusingly. He looked at Khanak and said "Khanak jee. Please don't worry about the kid. He is in safe hands." And as he said it Khanak's eyes fell on Dr. Armaan's well built body, his huge muscles, and a massive tattoo covering his entire arm. She felt her blush deepen as she took in the vastness of his chest and arms and the contour of his six pack abs. She had only just finished imagining what it would be like for a girl to be in enveloped in those inviting Tatoo-full arms when she was brought back to earth with a deliberate "cough cough". She looked around and saw Shaan clearing his throat more loudly than usual, his eyes looking at her sharply. It was obvious that Shaan had noticed her drooling over this good looking man, whose eyes were such that you could drown into them for eternity, Khanak thought. She hastily smiled and looked pointedly at the spot the car was parked.

"Well nice meeting you Mr.Shaantanu and Ms,Khanak!" Dr. Armaan said. "If you need to get in touh with a Cardiologist Consultant, I'm the man!" he said now looking directly at Shaan. " I've given Khanak jee my card. I work in Sanjeevani. You know where it is right?"

"Yeaa I do." Said Shaan who did not seem very pleased with the fact that he was advertising himself to his wife! "But I doubt we'll be coming there you know! We're perfectly hale and hearty, aren't we Khanak? Unless you've 'recently' lost your heart to someone and want it back!" he said sarcastically looking at Khanak slantingly.

Khanak gave him a dirty look. "Thank you Dr.Armaan. Thank you for all your help." Khanak said, now much more composed. Shaan smirked as Dr.Armaan left, his bulky arms flapping behind him. Khanak saw him leave and smiled, then suddenly looked at Shaan who was watching her closely.

"What?" she said, innocently.

"Aj kal kay Doctors ko dekho!! Wannabe kaheen kay!" he snubbed, looking away from Khanak at last, grabbing her wrist again and dragging her to the car as though taking her away as far as possible from any sort of harm.

In the car khanak was still completely annoyed with shaan so was avoiding him for the past half an hour

Shaan "khanak kuch toh bolo" khanak pays him no attention and carries on looking out of the passengers side window clearly disinterested in what she is seeing but its better then talking to him she thinks as he was not only rude but totally immature and out of line, she reflects and remembers him saying "Unless you've 'recently' lost your heart to someone and want it back"

Shaan "seriously khanak kab tak mujhse baat nahin karogi, I mean what have I done, tum ladkiyan kuch par naraz ho jati ho, and excuse me mujhe naraz hona chaihiye tum aur woh wannabe dil ka dr dekh kar, tum toh uske samne sirf tareef ki phool band rahi thi aur uphar se bahot sharmara he thi"

Khanak now severely ticked off with shaantanu turns towards him and just shoots daggers with her eyes too angry to even reply but inside she is fuming and with the pressure increasing she knows anything else he may say will just blow the lid off this pressure cooker. Shaan sees the daggers in his wife's eye and gets worried and confused and scared so he pulls up on the side of the road and says "kya, why are you looking at me like that, kuch galat kaha?"

This was it khanak had now blown her top " kyaaa, app ne kuch galat nahin kaha" shaan is now terrified of khanak he has never seen her soo angry he starts backing in to his chair as she slowly advances forward. "who do you think you are just because you flirt with every girl you see it doesn't mean I do the same. I was only being friendle and POLITE to that man because he stood up for an innocent boy and prevented me from getting hit too" shaans eyes widen "WHAT- tum kuch kaha nahin, I mean you only mentioned the little boy before, tum theek tho'" khanak cuts him off "well if you had let me I would have told you, but you were being soo rude as it was I didn't want to say anything and I didn't want to worry you, and regardless even if it was just the boy he had protected he was still there when it should have been you, you were supposed to pick me up and before you say you were stuck in traffic don't lie I called the house and hari bha told me you were watching the cricket" Shaan starts to look guilty and sheepish "par kana'" "nahin shaantanu let me finish next time don't you dare embarrass me in front of a stranger like that and'" khanak could not finish off what she was saying as shaan had come crushing into her lips and kissed her with full force, at first khanak was taken aback and then she loses herself in the moment and responds back to the kiss but gets bolted back into reality when she hears a car horn in the background. She pushes him off and as shaan slowly gets back into reality as he was still somewhat lost in that kiss she says "shaanatanu yeah kya tha, whats wrong with you im telling you something and you kiss me that too in the car in broad daylight"

Shaan starts to laugh and holds khanaks hands in his hands and starts to stroke them, khanak looks miffed but shaan continues to do so and then leans in to whisper in her ear "you look soo HOT when your angry, sorry I couldn't resist" and gives her a peck on the cheek. Khanak blushes and shaan returns to sit fuuly on his seat still stroking khanak's hand "khanak im sorry your right I should have been there with you and I was rude, but I got jealous I didn't like the way you smiled at him and I saw pride in your eyes for him when I only want to see that look for me" khanak looked at him and smiled "and khanak don't deny you did check him out" to which they both burst into laughter

Khanak "nahin tho, I was just comparing his muscles with yours" and blushes he just laughs and says "And????"

Khanak knows she is lying but doesn't want to upset him "yours are better" and blushes. Shaan " jhooti" and with that he pinches her nose and he starts the car again to head home.
