Sunny enters the cafe..
Shan gives him a very angry look
sunny says he'll come later..
sam stops him and says she's called him..
everyone is feeling awkward (i like duck's expression, he's embarrassed)
sam explains the game to him..sunny jokes does that mean i'll have to swear upon geeta also..
rahul whispers to sunny that shan is not well so he should think before he says anything
Sam says you have to speak the truth, only the truth
Sunny asks how will u know if i'm speaking the truth
(shan's look at khanak is a killer, her emotions show in her eyes too, KT/YM đ)
Shan interrupts him saying maybe she doesnt know if he's speaking the truth or not, but shan wants to ask him a question and only wants an answer to it.
shan asks what happened on the night of the storm..
everyone is surprised at the question..
Khanak is embarrassed..she asks him to ask her if he wants to ask anything (the moving of eyes went a little overboard i think)
shan angrily says that he didnt ask her!
rahul covers his face at what is happening (no comments)
(i'm liking duck's serious mode, his expressions are right on)
Shan again asks sunny what happened, tell the truth because thats the name of the game..
Khanak again repeats that if he wants to ask he should ask her, not a stranger..
Shan again cuts her off saying he didnt ask her..
Sam says he should let khanak speak if she wants to say something
shan says he's asking sunny a question and others should not speak for him..
Khanak says even i was willing to tell you.
shan says but you didnt tell me
shan sarcastically says "you probably didnt get the chance"
he turns towards sunny saying "so sunny, tell me the truth it doesnt matter whether you tell or khanak, because you were both together that night" repeats "you were together right"
(duck seems to be the only one who's embarrassed)
Sunny starts "it was raining heavy that night, sam said i should drop khanak home, to you."
Shaan to khanak " kia khogaya khanak, why are you so ghabrai hui"
Khanak says you're insulting me in front of everyone..this matter should be solved between us only..its our personal matter..
shan : everyone here knows, infact if everyone wants to give their opinion they should..
(duck is feeling bad for khanak, shows in his eyes)
shan continues i say we should just sit and decide what is right and what is wrong..as it is better to talk here than to go thru a pipe to the window..
(KT's expressions OMG)
he moves away from the table..
khanak is furious, gets up...goes behind him..
Khanak says if you wanted to ask you should have shouted and asked me, you have the right on me
shaan says is that why you didnt tell me
khanak says i wanted to tell you, you said its ok nothing's wrong..
khanak says maybe that is why you left me home, so that you could find out about the MMS from someone else..
Shan says i was thinking i was wrong all the time, but the truth is that you were wrong khanak..
shan is crying now..
shan says you hid that sunny came to meet you today..
khanak stops him ..
"enough shantanu, it means you saw sunny but never talked to me about it..what do you think shantanu, that i'll leave you for suraj's lookalike? dont you trust your love at all?"
rahul interrupts "one minute khanak"
rahul to shan"shan its not sunny's fault, and not at all khanak's fault"
khanak stops rahul saying " you better not speak in between, this is our personal matter, and we will solve it ourselves.."
rahul says let me speak
khanak says no you have tried everything to make your friend look low, but i still want to thank you that because of you i lost trust in love and marriage...thank you very much..
rahul goes quiet at that..
khanak to shan: if you dont trust me, then i have no right to live in your house as your wife..our ways are separate from here..it was my fault that i trusted you
khanak is crying now..
she leaves..
shan back to his senses.. says "khanak.."
sam: go after her..
shan checks the bottle its empty.. says to duck "i dont like empty bottles.." he goes towards bottles..he's crying... aww
sunny tries to leave..sam asks where he's going.. sunny says shan is worried about bottles instead of his wife..
sam says they will solve it themselves..you stay away..
shan fills a glass..duck goes to him says "enough shan stop it.. "
night:
khanak is packing her peti.. and crying..
shan is on the road.. crying...
(heart goes out to them, loveliest couple)
odhani sad song plays..
(YM showing sadness, frustration anger all so well)
(KT looks hot on the road, he's crying)
throws the bottle in anger..
(aww baby, perfect acting, perfect crying, lovely lovely lovely scene, CLASSIEST show)
(both sad songs played)
khanak tears off the red odhani in anger..omg lovely
khanak looks at her ring..
she thinks of how shan found her with her bangles.. and how he said "now never go away from me while putting the bangles back"
she picks his photograph up..hugs it..
puts it in her peti.. (aww love love love it)
switches off the lights of the room (seems like a way to tell us that we're not going to see the room for a while)
rahul sam see shan lying on the road..
rahul tries to bring him to senses..he's unconscious
rahul sam put him in the car..
(i hope they dont go to dhulwadi with him, just a bad thought, dont kill me)
they put him on his bed.. (ok we saw the room again)
rahul takes off his shoes (where's the family?)
khanak on the road with her peti (isnt that the most pleasing sight)
glass piece gets into her foot, she's hurt badly..
