This is nothing more than making a mountain out of a mole hill.So let me get this straight he watches Friends and HIMYM so now he is a wannabe .Great.He doesn't watch Indian shows so he is not the person you thought he was.Even more great.He doesn't praise his own show or for that matter doesn't even watch it...so everyone thinks it is normal for an actor to say that the best show doing the rounds is his and only his ...Perfect. 👏.Wah some

person and hence not watching it.

. I have seen so many hihgly qualified professionals taking interest and watching certain shows..

There is nothing wrong or nothing to feel shy in that at all..

Tell me he does tto like Desi soaps well I would gladly accept that it is his choice

but this hihgly educated classy back ground etc., are not proper reasons in my view for not claiming to view a desi show....

^^ on the contrary, if he had in fact mentioned his show..I would've definitely thought he was fake..and that he is promoting his show. The article was about his personal likes and dislikes..not who he appreciates, or what he wants us to watch.

I don't think an actor needs to mention his show everywhere in order to get people to appreciate him or her, if one likes the show..then he/she watches it regardless.

And there is no need to show off his personal appreciation everywhere..that would be considered as flaunting, which definitely is not a good characteristic? 😳

Wheww Shriya right??.If you actually want to get into a debate with me on this fine..Lets debate,but plz hun there is no need to justify your educational background on an open forum to prove a point.Let me pose the question to you .Why do you watch shows? Whether it is English,American,Indian, Pakistani? Is it to improve your knowledge? Or do you watch them purely for entertainment.Do you gain knowledge by watching dramas...be it from any country.I would say no coz if we want to improve our knowledge by watching television we would be hooked on to Nat Geo or Discovery or History.We watch shows coz in that half and hour we want to be entertained...professionals watch them,kids watch them,homemakers watch them not coz they think they are damn good dramas that improve our IQ ,but they give us a breather from the real world giving us a much needed diversion .

How do i know KT is educated,cool and classy??Well by the interviews he has given in the past.I can size people up well and i can tell you and i will stick to it ...Karan is not a guy who is going to watch Kyunki and Kahani just coz he is supposed to please some fans or the public who find it absolutely shocking that he doesn't watch Indian Shows or goes around praising his own show.And why shouldn't educated people not be watching shows that dont educate them.They should not but that is easier said that done coz at the end of the day even a professor,software engineer or a master in P.H.D needs that much needed break.

I hope i was able to get my point across .

@ Sejal...Hey girl!! Dont go anymore to BB4 forum.On your request have started watching RBO again but it is sad to see some members who actaully dont realise the worth of actors who dont wash dirty linen in public.Maybe Karan should start doing that.He would be respected more and then we could call him an actual wannabe.

Sonu honey i am shocked too😆.Surprised that such a petty issue is made into something so silly.People really need to check actors around the block who are in news for all the wrong reasons.Here we are trying to pinpoint at a one line answer from an actor who in my books is someone who is truly a gem,and for what ?for a one line answer which he may have innnocently given over the phone or during shoot,or may be not even actually given but that answer has gone to the extent of him being called a wannabe....Hilarious..Maybe they should watch Big Boss and see what wannabes actually are.🤣

/i dont really care which actor watches what and what his educational back ground and his social back ground are..

all that matters to me is his/her performance and show related matters and nothing else...

I agree with Sehju....a simple one liner should not be blown out of proportion....

i have written in my lengthy post, but would reiterate again....even if he is watching any damn show on this earth.....let's not decide his intelligence or character or bash him as a wannabe just based on a small answer........we should not stoop this low.........and excuse me...even if he watches BB4.....it should be none of our concern......
