Hey everybody, today we saw a unique scene, ram singing and shiv dancing to his tune, each worshipping the other.

The scene was touching, the song was good but i have a question: is it authentic, I mean did something like this actually happen?

Let's discuss it over here.

by the way the actor who played shiv is a popular face in sagar forum

he acted as PRC senapati Sikandar and is currently playing the role of Bhimsen in DV. Seeing him as warrior all the time, it was a little awkward when he suddenly started to dance too😆

The adoration of Shri Ram and Shiv (of each other) doesn't find a mention in Valmiki's Ramayan even the worship at Rameshwaram doesn't find a list. but these things are beautifully explained in Ram-charit Manas by Tulsidas.

In the older version of serial there was a wonderful song in praise of lord Shiv
Its can be watched on google video:

yes in tulsi ramcharitamanas it is written that shiv worship ram and ram worship shiv there is 1 story where mata sati 1 wife of shiv ji went to ram ji in the form of sita ji to examin that ram is lord vishnu or not at that time sita ji was kidnaped by ravan so ram laxman was searching sita .when sati came there in form of sita laxman got confused that is it real sita or not but ram ji say pranam to sati and then told her where is shiv ji and why r u walking alone at that time sati feel guilty that she came here in the form of sita and when shiv ji came to know about all the incident he vow that he will not husband wife relation with sati becuse she take the form of sitaji who is ram wife but he cannot leave sati as she was pure so he take that vow never to have husband wife relation

i just have a confusion, why is that when we highlight one god we show otehrs are worshipping him? like here hiv is wordhipping Ram though later mutula offering was shown, still teh dialogues at teh beginning was a bit confusing, then somewhere else its shownvishnu worshipping Shiva, can you tell me why does this happen? all Froms are but teh manifestation of the supreme being right?

oh yes i remember this! after Devi Sati came to shivji, shivji said that Sitaji is like mother as she is wife of His Lord Shri Ram so since she took the form of Sita ji He cant have husband-wife relationship with her. So after that Sati mata left this body (in the Hawan kund.....long story) and was reborn as Parvati and married Shivji!!
