All 3 mothers the 3 bros the 4 wives , whole of Ayodhya etc. I thimk Ram was too stubborn jidhi i really do. His father made a mistake why let everyone suffer unnecessarily. Ram then was the cause of Sita sufferring so this proves ram was jidhi.
Poor Bharat's heartbroken for no fault of his ,then his own brother refuses to listen.
ram also goes and settles in a part of a forest where he has been warned it's dangerous but again he does not listen and we all know what happened after THAT.
Some similar views are expressed in Valmiki Ramayan also by Sage Jabali who is popularly known as 'Satyakam Jabali' he asks Ram to think practically and return to Ayodhya to rule his kingdom happily; he also says that a person is born alone and dies alone so all relations end after death; he also doesn't agree to a dead persond 'Shraaddha' karma saying ''what would a dead man eat??"
Ram doesn't agree to Jabali's argument saying that a person's actions good or bad will follow him even after death. He says that truth is nothing but god and also the promises made by him shouldn't lose their importance just becoz his father is no more.
Ofcourse 'Ramayana' had to happen as they say strange are the ways of destiny and fate.
