I do not think we can blame the Sagars for this particular issue: it is probably the channel's decision. Just like there are no title sequences on Star Plus anymore. I think they do this so that they can increase the number of commercials without reducing the main episode too much. 😊

You mean the serials nowadays or literally ALL Sagar serials? I clearly remember the old Shri Krishna and Ramayan having end credits with wonderful songs. 😊

Nowadays most channels are trying to fit in more commercials and they need to sacrifice either the title song or end credits or both I guess. šŸ¤”

Thy announce the end of each epi with Jai Shri Ram. But it is not nice for the actors that there are no end credits.. But i think that tey do it on purpose. just to keep it a mystery šŸ˜†

That is what I mean.. I dont mind that they made her the same age.. But they have to give at least an explanation! Like I said: did Ram stopped growing? And even if Sita is 5, a 5 year old does not looks like a 10 year old!

Good point - never really thought about it that way - but I also blame the production houses - they cud roll the credits quickly - it wud only take like 10 seconds (just show less face shots).

It is shown that in those days, it was mandatory for the students in an ashram to get food by begging. What do you think about this. Was it good? Isn't begging considered bad?

It is bad, but I dont think they really begged. In those times it was common to give Rishis/gurus and their students some food when they came by. And the students learn a lot from it. like being humble, not being greedy and that sort things.

Begging reflects the amount of compassion a society has. If people in a society were cruel and stingy - that society wudnt have beggers. So ancient Hindu culture emphasised kindness and charity.

I takes a village to raise a child. This nicely reflected by Brahmachari's asking for Bhiksha - their nourishment is the duty of the whole society - and their knowledge will later benefit the same whole society. So I dont think begging was bad in those days - but these days society is different - Kaliyug he naa !

Since this is "Daily Episode Discussion" thread, let me talk about something which was shown in the last episode.
In 6 Feb episode, it was shown how Vishwamitra became a sage.
Let me write what Valmiki Ramayan says about this.
Vishwamitra's warriors tried to capture Nandini. Nandini produced many warriors. Vishwamitra's army was defeated.
Vishwamitra did tapasya and got the knowledge of various divine weapons from Lord Shiv. Having gained this knowledge, he again tried to capture Nandini. This time, Nandini's power was not enough to protect her because Vishwamitra knew the use of divine weapons. Therefore, Vashishth protected Nandini. Vashishth neutralized all the weapons of Vishwamitra using his brahm-dand (the rod, which brahmins keep).
