The ram walking seen is actually so far the best scene in the show!! 👏

And Tulsidas has written such a beautiful poem to describe the walking of baby Ram -

Yes, Tulsidad wrote it. I have read entire Ramacharitmanas (by Tulsidad) several times. I still read it.
When you read it, you will feel that the author has put his heart and soul into composing this masterpiece.

Note: - The serial does not use exactly the same poem as the one written by Tulsidas. It uses a different poem, though it is based on Tulsidas's poem.

THumaka chalata ramachandra is a popular bhajan sung by pt Bhimsen joshi and also separately by Lata mangeshkar, ii am sure you guys can find it in the internet> let me see if i have it then i will try to up-load it

What I like
😊 The title song
😊 The background music which carries the tune of the title song
😛 Ravindra Jains music
😊 All the artists so far (esp the 3 queens, and the kids)
😊 The beautiful sets
😊 The pace of the story
😃 The birth of Ram (the Bhaye pragat kripala song)

What I hate
😡 I HATE 😡 the editing - its really pissing me off... the transition between scenes are abrupt and ungraceful. At times, It almost seems like this is a recap show where they cut scenes quickly. I hate the way they even cut the songs and tunes and start with the next scene - notes still hanging in the air ! Oh and my pet peeve ... DONT PLAY @ TUNES AT ONCE - its disgusting- Sagars always do this. I dont need extra unharmonious sounds in the middle of a song to know something dramatic is happening!

Other hates :
😕 queens are too overdressed
😕 dialogues and script need improvement - Ramanand Sagar was a genius - they shud just use his script from the old Ramayan
😕 i hate how each episode ends - abrupt, no closing titles... and OMG no cast roll! (BR Chopra always end their episodes nicely)

Nuff sed.. lets hear your praises and peeves.

What I like:
- The way they show Sitas youth too. She is already connected with Ram and that is so nice to see!
- The Shivdhanush! It seems real and the fact that Sita could lift it made it more special.
- The music. I agree with you.
- And the queens are overdressed, but I like it 😳
- The children. They are doing a great job

What I dont like:
- The difference between the palacescens and the scenes outside. It makes the scenes in the palace unrealistic.
- The unrealistic graphics. Im sure they can do better.
- they did not show how Janak got the Shivdhanush. It was just there from one moment to the other.
- the way the queens act when they think about the boys being in Gurukul. They are overacting with their worries.
- Ram was like ten when Sita came to earth. We saw him waking up and all that when Janaka found Sita. She is now the same age of Ram.. How did that happen?? My mom says that i must not take it so serious but.. HELLO?? Did Ram stopped growing till Sita reached the same age??
- Sita is like ten or twelve yers old now. She wears too much make up, and the way they show how devoted she is to Lord Vishnu just not fits her age!

I like the serial but sometimes when I watch it I can not believe they are so careless! 😡
