Who should cliff off
Well, Mallika, Rama & Sita were separated in Ayodhya, so they need to compensate with some quality couples time together. So maybe they've taken the toddler K-Ls, and left us with Rishab and Perin and the wacky dude Vidhi with his smokin' vidhans. 😆
But why Goa? Why not go to South Africa?😆

Ka'al ki gati & vidhi ka vidhan are somewhat different. Kal ki gaati means something that's inevitable part of living, like breathing, running out of cash, friends separating, formulations of new relationships,... Granted, one has little control over all these things, but usually, it follows a natural sequence of order. (Somehow, I disagree with Lakshman that Sita's separation fell under this category)
Vidhi ka vidhan is something unnatural happening that one has no control over, like losing one's job while a worse employee keeps his because of the dept he's in, meeting with a car accident, et al. It's not as inevitable as ka'al ki gati, but it does account for a number of things that are inexplicable, but not inevitable.
But in this serial, the vidhan seems to be the reason for everything🤔
Kaal means time in this case - kaal ki gati means the 'speed' of time, or the inevitability with which time makes certain changes happen, like me running out of cash, or you getting old.
Vidhi means god, and vidhi ka vidhan means fate. You're right - it does happen in case of a mishap. I'm not sure that Sita's second exile falls into that category - I mean, if Rama decided not to aspire to an ideal rule, he could have ignored people and simply kept Sita. Vidhi ka vidhan was something like Dasharath killing Shravan Kumar.
Us watching this Ramayan? It's like not studying before a test, so I wouldn't call it either. But what we are seeing is definitely Mr Vidhi putting the collective brains of the Sagars in a microwave. Us watching this Ramayan is like Ravan keeping Sita captive despite all the good advice to return her - his moh keeps him to Sita, just as our moh keeps us to this serial. I guess no swarna kamal for us😭😆

Love your new butterfly avatar. Incidentally, does avatar in these online chat-rooms, blogs and forums mean the same thing as it did for Vishnu's 10 appearances?
I actually have no moh for the serial, as long as the update writers are willing to do balidan to some of their time to write those wonderful updates for us (Thank You Akhl, Tannisha and the other writers for making such sacrifices) I happen to watch it because it happens to co-incide with the IPL innings break in most cases.
In today's episode, they showed the Yaksha ask K-L just 2 questions, and then conclude that they were very intelligent. Actually, it somewhat resembled the Hinduophobic movie that appeared recently, in that K-L were asked the questions, then flashed back to something that previously happened, and then answered. Only👍🏼 today - K-L were only asked 2 questions, probably keeping in mind their age, unlike Yudhisthir, who was asked a handful.
Incidentally, another thing did strike me. Just as the Sagars are putting this stuff out now, past episodes also had real bloopers, like Bharat being wounded in battle, Kaikeyi threatening to launch an invasion of Lanka, Shurpanakha having a son Shambri. And in case you think this Swarna-kamal episode is dragging, the same was true of Ahi-Mahi, which took quite a few weeks, in sharp contrast to the battles that Indrajit fought with Lakshman & Rama. There is no consistency with the Sagars either - sometimes they rush things, like Sita's vanvas, and sometimes, they prolong things, like this Swarna-kamal episode. I wonder whether this will be the last of their adventures once they get home?
P.S. #1500 for me!
