havnt watched the episodes for about 2weeks now, watched only the one from yesterday and got confused with the story line!

According to the Sagars, this is the original Uttar-Ramayan. Their problem with Valmiki is that it is too precise, which is why they've introduced an appropriate amount of imprecision to it, with results there for all of us to see.

Don't believe Valmiki. Believe people who came in Ka'al Yuga - like Tulsidas, Kamban, Krittivas, Swami Ananda, et al. After all, they were more recent, whereas Valmiki was oh, so ancient!

Now, the entire Raghukul family is there. Somehow, I think the twin color blankets looks a little too cute for my liking. Also, Shrutakirti's baby looks hungry - she's holding him correctly, but he's still crying.

Only Gurmeet, Lalit and 'Shrutakirti' seem to be good at holding babies.😛

Reason I ask is that I was of the idea that Ravan and all his contemporaries were Treta-yuga characters - from Kartavirya Arjuna to Raja Bali (who weighed him down with Hiranyakashipu's earrings) to the fact that Virochan, Prahlad's son, gave Vajramala in marriage to Kumbhakarna. Given all these factoids, were Vamana & Parashurama avatars part of the treta yuga as well?
