In those time, after marriage a women rarely visit there fathers home, only if special occations arrives. Also this was the time of coronation of rama( though it din't happened), so the wives of dhasrath wud had to preset there, so there is more chances that all wives were present and total number was 350. 🤔

According to the Kambaramayan, after she laments Ravan's death over his dead body she too falls dead on him. These are the scenes described in the Kambaramayan. In the Valmiki Ramayan, I think Mandodari was taken back to the palace after she laments Ravan's death on the field.

I think as per Valmiki Ramayan, Mandodari faints over Ravan's body and the other ladies carry her away. I do not know but in some version, I guess it is said that she married Vibhishan, is this true? One member in the orkut Ramayan forum had posted this...
