Doesn't poetry imply that it has to rhyme? Otherwise, everything we've posted to date (minus pics & videos) qualifies as a poem 🤣

Hey, Chandra, I don't think all the poetry has to rhyme necessarily! Well, I have to check it out. I have to get out my high school Emily Dickinson and Walt Whitman poetry books to check them out to see if you are right! 😆😆 If you know about poems, then please participate! We all have to put our heads together in this task!😊

Here are some rules for the Poetry Task: I received a few PMs with some confusion.

1. The poems must be original (meaning it has to be your own work).

2. There must be four stanzas (stanzas are another word for a paragraph in poetry) and each stanza should have four lines.

3. The stanzas must rhyme. Here's an example of one stanza.

Polly had a big brown cat

Which ran around the room

It wore a great big hat

And ran into a broom

Yes, I know this poem sucks, but I suck at poetry and this was the best example I could think of.😆 Basically, your rhyme scheme can be like the example I gave, or the last words of all four lines can have the same rhyming sound, or the first two lines and the last two lines could also rhyme. It just has to have any kind of rhyming scheme.

4. The poems about Indrajit and Kumbhakarna have to be touching. They don't necessarily have to make us cry, but as long as they touch the heart, it's good.

OMG...Task nr 2 is poetry!!!
wow...
both teams, listen very carefully. we all are egarly waiting for good poetry, where we all will welcome you with flower garlands and we will says 'wah-wah, kiya baat hai'.
pls dont make us to bring rotten tomatoes, or anything like that!!...........ok...jus kidding. im sure, u all will come up with good poetry as u all r clever!
