I just saw the episode. It was quite good actually.
The scene between Maharaj Vibhishan and Lord Ram was beautiful.
It was cute to see the scene in which Sita heard what Ram was thinking.
Vikram ji's acting deserves a standing ovation again. He was excellent with his emotions in the last episode.
I think Vibhishan was angry because it was he who gave the ornament to Lord Ram and Devi Sita and Hanuman discarded it but as far as I remember Vibhishan was not of that type. And I don't remember reading that Vibhishan presenting it to Ram and Sita. I wondered if Sita Devi would have given away something that had been gifted to them. I thought keeping it would have been 🤔🤔🤔 . . .
Vibhishan was always portrayed to be a saintly person. Maharishi Valmiki himself mentions it several times. I do not think he would have challenged Hanuman like that but as per the legends and version that have this story, he was the one who asks Hanuman (gently, that too) if his own body has an image of Lord Ram.
Anyway, different people show their devotion in different ways - I think they are portraying Hanuman an innocent, childish devotee who shows his own devotion in his own way.
Each and everyone in the court was genuinely surprised and bowed down to Hanuman - this scene was good too. I think the three queen mothers bowed down to the devotion Hanuman had for Ram - that definitely will command respect from anyone even from the Trinity.
Ram embracing Hanuman was cute.
Excellent introduction to Sage Valmiki. Loved the Pranav Manthra reverbrating around and the song that was played in the background a lot. I too hope that there will be more family scenes and sages telling Ram about Ravan and Vali.
