Wow, have not watched the Thurs epi, but it sounds like the epi was excellent! Agree with you Khalrika, Gurmeet is the best when it comes to expressions. He is always too good as is Rajni Chandra, Kaushalya. They are both so natural, it's not like they are acting at all! Debina has grown so much since the swayamwar smiling Sita. Ankit is the most improved as he has learned everything on the job, his first acting job. Kudos to everyone for a great performance!

I do not have any idea about "Jo Ishq....". But definitely I guess it would be no match for this storyline....

No, it is no match for the Ramayan. I don't care for it very much myself. It is okay. I just watch it cos Kalra is in it. It just upsets me that they would decide to go ahead with the Uttarkhand and then give the show a step-motherly treatment. Really 😡😡😡 at the Sagars.

I think the problem is that the Sagars have much too many serials in their hands. Why not finish one first before starting another?😕

27th March episode

mata arundhati (wife of rishi vashistha) comes & asks Ramji the reasons for banishing sitaji

excellent reasons Ramji gives that in the yagya of kingdom & politics,welfare of praja ,a king has to give the aahuti (sacrifice) ,so Ramji has scarificed everything in tht yagya & with time all the bad & filthy thoughts in the mind & hearts of ayodhya praja wud washed away & Ramji also says tht he was helpless !!!

Ramji also tells hanumanji tht with time everything wud b alright ,hanumanji was emotional

kaushlaya mata also shared her pain with the idol of dashrathji

lakshmanji was so helpless wen all the matas asked from him abt sitaji

happy tht all the ladies of ayodhya didnot support the exile of sitaji& they all questioned lakshmanji !!

& valmiki came to rescue of sitaji !!!

again excellent acting by gurmeet 👏

ankit was also good in his emotional & weepy scenes👏

always a pleasure to see vikram sharma as our hanumanji & rajni chandra as our dear kaushlaya mata !!! 👏😃

My take on Friday, March 27th 2009 episode.

Pros:

1. Finally, Ayodhya looks like Ayodhya and not some empty abandoned city like they showed it 2 days ago. It is filled with praja, sevak, dasis, ministers in the sabha, Sumanthji is back, Hanuman, matas, and everyone else. It is starting to look like Ram Rajya again. 👏

2. Gurmi rocks man!!!! 👏

3. Guru mata was also excellent when she came to the court to question Ramji. No overacting. Ramji's answer was also good when he said that for a Raja his Rajya dharma is more important than anything else. This may be Sagars own script but it shows the reasons for Sita's banishment to the younger present day audience. 👏

4. Rajmata Kaushalaya, Hanuman, Bharat, Shatrughan, Sumanthji, dasis, and even the sevaks acted very well. Kudos to all of them! 👏

5. Ankit rocks too! Boy, has he turned into an excellent actor or what? Way to go Ankit!!! 👏

6. Loved the setting of Ayodhya today. Thank godness, I was starting to wonder if Ayodhya was having Ram Rajya or if it was an abandoned city.

Cons:

1. The praja. I did not understand the avadhis questioning Lakshman. The avadhis and others like them in the kingdom were the reason that Sita was banished. It was this very same praja that doubted their queen.

The Sagars goofed here. Instead of showing the praja questioning Lakshman, they should have shown them feeling bad about what they did to Sita. Sagars, please pay attention to the logic.

I think next week or the week after they are going to show the kids. I am waiting for that. They 2 of them look so cute.

I hope the Sagars don't forget Lavanasur (it happens after Sita goes to Valmiki ashram) and Shatrughan fighting with him and winning him. I hope they also show him building Madhupuri and living there for 12 years. When going to fight with Lavanasur he stays the night at Valmiki ashram and then sees his nephews as they are born on the same night.

Then after 12 years when he goes to visit Ayodhya for a week, on the week he stays at Valmiki ashram again and hears the kids singing Ramji's song.

Then Shatrughan joins Ramji in the end when he crwons his 2 sons as kings of Madhupuri and another place and then joins Ramji when he goes back to Vaikunt.

Shatrughan has a very big part in Uttarkhand. I hope they show the sons of Lakshman and Bharat growing up in Ayodhya.
