Zoya shivered in her sleep when she felt the cold fingers of her so called father.

"What do you want?" She asked coldly, getting away from his reach.

Ghafoor gave her the plate of food.

"Eat!" He ordered but she pushed the plate away.

"I said take it and eat!" He shouted but this time she picked the plate and threw it on the ground.

He was going to grab her shoulders but she pushed his hands away.

"Don't you dare touching me, Ghafoor Ahmed Siddiqui! I hate you! Why did I went from your princess when I was two to a complete shit after Humzie was born? Why are you so inhuman? Why are you treating me, your daughter, your flesh like nothing? Why are you making me a complete trash when I considered you as a king? I always believed that something was wrong with me that's why you didn't love me! Why don't you love me like you love Humzie? Why? Tell me why!?" Zoya sobbed.

"I don't love you because you're a girl. I have always wanted from your mother a boy, and this little c**t gave me twins, that's true.. but twin girls! Even she was incompetent! She failed to give me my heir.." Zoya didn't even listen his speech about how her mother was a failure because she didn't give him a heir. She stopped listening when she heard the word 'twins'.

'Allah miyaan..Does this mean that I have a twin sister? Where is she? Did he kill her? Did he kill my sister..?' She asked not paying attention to what her so called father was saying. His confession had shaken her to the core.

"A twin sister? Where is she now? Did you do worse to her than what you're already doing doing to me? Did you kill her because she didn't match your expectations? Did you.." She couldn't even finish her sentence as he slapped her really hard.

"Don't you dare speaking bad about me! I won't tolerate not even one of your insults. You're no one to judge me! You little s**t! Having children from an affair then you dare judging me?!" Ghafoor said.

"Like father, like daughter right? Do I have to remind you that I'm your illegitimate daughter? Don't talk to me about values and respect Ghafoor. My relationship with the father of my children is way more innocent, way more beautiful than what you will never have. You can love the little family you have created with Raziya but you will never appreciate the fact of being happy because your heart is colored with black. You're not a human, that's why you can't see the differences between us. Yes I slept with a man without being married to him, yes I got twins.. But my feelings are nothing like yours. I don't dismiss the father of my children and these children are my treasures and that's not because I had a boy but because they are my blood. I carried them for nine months, and I will die loving them because they are mine.. You don't know the importance of relationship and that's why you will never understand the importance of a child no matter if it's a boy or a girl." Zoya said and turned away facing the window.

Ghafoor looked at her in pure anger then left from there. Zoya fell down on the floor and cried. Why life had to be so cruel with the innocent ones? Why life had to put such pain in harmless people's lives? Why her? Why did her children have to suffer like this? Why did Asad had to suffer like this?

She looked at the full moon, her only friend in this cold and dark room which became the cell which kept her isolated, the cell which made her feel alone.

"I don't know why you hate me this much Ghafoor but something is sure. I won't let you spoil my children's hearts." Zoya promised.

Downstairs, something unbelievable was happening. Ghafoor was playing with Ahsan, completely ignoring Mahira's cries for attention.

"Maryam!!" He called and the maid came

"Yes, M. Siddiqui?" Maryam asked.

"Take her upstairs." He ordered. Maryam looked sadly at the little girl then she picked her up and led her upstairs, but M. Siddiqui was wrong to having sent Mahira upstairs. Maryam looked as Raziya headed downstairs and she went to the room where Zoya was locked.

She opened the door and entered the room with Mahira.

"Miss Siddiqui?" Maryam whispered softly.

Zoya looked at the woman walking in the room.

"Maryam?" She stuttered on seeing her childhood bestfriend.

"Zoya!" Maryam replied. "Look what I got for you my friend. Look at your little baby!" Maryam said as she brought Mahira to Zoya.

"Mahira!" Zoya exclaimed as she hugged her daughter tightly. "Mahira! My baby girl! My little princess!" Mahira smiled on seeing someone caring for her.

Zoya made her sit on her lap and began playing with her.

"I'm your mum baby.." She said and Mahira smiled at her.

"Mama?" She stuttered and Zoya giggled through her tears. Maryam looked on as Zoya lulled her baby girl to sleep as if she had done it all her life.

"You two are cute." Maryam said and Zoya smiled at her.

"Thank you for allowing me to be with my little baby, but what about Ahsan?"

"He's being so spoiled by your grandpa and he's always pampered by him. He always keeps Mahira aside. I don't even know why he's stubborn and wants to keep her by his side when he doesn't care about her." Maryam revealed. Zoya caressed her daughter's face.

"I need you to do something else for me Maryam. I don't know if I will be able to escape from thi nightmare, so I want you to call Asad Ahmed Khan. Here's his phone number. He has no right over me but he has every right on his children. Tell him to come and take his children away from my father. And tell him that..Tell him that I'll love him forever."

"Zoya don't talk as if you're going to die."

"I don't know what will happen to me Maryam. This man is a monster. If he kills me, that would be better than killing my babies." Zoya stated. "I won't let him spoil my babies' life. You have to call Asad and ask him to come and save his children." She cried as she looked at her sleeping beauty.

"Zoya, don't worry. Their safety is my duty. I will do my best to try and save your children from your father." Maryam promised and she took Mahira in her arms to go.

Zoya hugged her knees and hid her head between them to cry. Why did her father hate her this much?
