Asad's pov.

I was finally able to see my Zoya. She was fine again. I entered her room and I hugged her tightly, kissing her forehead.

"I was so scared to lose you baby." I said covering her pale face with kisses.

" I ain't going nowhere Asad. I love you too much to leave you." She whispered.

I kissed her plump lips then I kissed her forehead. She sighed and I saw her beautiful lips curve into a sweet smile.

I heard someone knocking on the door and when I turned around, I saw ammi. So I got off Zoya and I let ammi hugged Zoya.

"Don't ever do this again Zoya. Now that you're back, you have no right to leave me, my daughter." Ammi said and Zoya hugged her tightly. Their relationship was always cute and sometimes I was quite jealous..Just a little jealous about them.

Sanam's pov.

"Aahil what are you saying?" I asked not believing his words.

" I swear Sanam. These are candies!" He said. I looked at him, lost. How was it possible? These were pills..But.. I didn't know what to think any more, plus I had to go dress myself as my future husband was coming soon. Abbu had asked me to meet him along with Seher and Rehaan so that I would be more confident and also, he wanted us to marry quickly so that ammi would be able to attend our wedding before she became too tired to do so.

"Let it be... I'll try to find more proofs. Thank you Aahil."

I hugged him and I left to dress myself. I just hoped that my future husband was nice and everything a perfect husband would be.

I went to the kitchen to prepare some snacks, then I waited for him to come. I heard a knock so I went to open the front door. He was handsome, he had beautiful eyes...he sure had captivated me.

"Assalamu'alaikum." He said..Allah miyaan! His voice was so deep! I answered and I made him enter the house.

"I'm Shaad."

"I'm Sanam." I said, then I went to my room to call Seher who was still braiding her hair.

"Did Rehaan arrive?" She asked smiling as if there was no tomorrow.

"No but Shaad is here." I said blushing a little.

"Your future fianc is here already! Allah miyaan, what's wrong with you! Go talk to him and try to know each other a bit more. I'll finish in a minute!" She said before pushing me outside the room. Great, Seher! I went to the living room and I sat in front of Shaad.

"So, hum.. what do you do for a living?" I asked.

"I'm going to achieve my last grade to be a lawyer." Even in his job he was perfect!

"What about you Sanam?"

"I was running a dhaba in Punjab but since I'm here ammi wants me to achieve my studies to be a teacher."

I said and I must be wrong but I had seen him flinch.

Shaad's pov.

She seemed to be really confident. But I wouldn't let her achieve her studies. A woman was done to stay at home and take care of the house chores.

Zoya's pov.

Asad wouldn't want to let me go back home. But I understood him a bit. I was also worried for my health and Zafar's as well.

"Jaan please, let's go back home." I sad with a puppy face. He kissed my forehead.

"Listen Jaan. I'm okay for you to leave the hospital but we won't go home already. You need to relax for a while we can go to OUR house for a day or two.." He said and I blushed. Allah only knew how we had spent our time in this house.. (it's the one where they danced on bol na halke halke.)

"It will be great Mr Khan. Plus we'll asked for bhang again!" I teased him and he kissed my knuckles.

" I'm already drunk with your love Mrs Khan." He said and I blushed. I think that I was redder than a tomato.

"You're so sweet my little baby." I said and he smiled then he left to call a doctor.

Few hours later.

"Asad please let me down!" I said as he was carrying me to the house.

"You're right! You've become so fat lately. My back is killing me." He said and put me down. I turned towards him, upset by his comment.

"I'm just kidding, love. Never in the universe I will find you fat because you're pregnant with our baby. And even though you drug yourself with pizza and become fattier than a whale, I'll still love you." f**king hormones! I was crying like there was no tomorrow! He hugged me and I snuggled into his wall like chest.

"Don't cry baby." He said and I shook my head no.

"That's your fault! You can't stop saying sweet things! How can I do to not cry at you sweetness?" I said and he chuckled before pulling me into the bedroom.

"Stay here, I'm coming back in a few minutes, just wait for a while." He said and kissed my forehead. I undressed myself and I dressed myself with one of his shirt. Then I got into bed to sleep for a while. I was just tired like hell, dammit!

Sanam's pov.

We were on the back yard with Shaad, Seher and Rehaan. While Seher and Rehaan were all lovey-dovey, I was a bit tensed. Shaad was very nice but I didn't know why, I was finding him more and more superficial. Like for him the most important things were just objects but not people. He talked about his new car and everything but he never talked about his family.

As we were talking, I was finding more and more difficult to let him in.

Maya's pov.

Days were going on and on and Zoya was still alive! I was sure that Sanam was doubting about something as she wouldn't leave her alone. Hopefully, she didn't have the chance to get the results of the medicine as I took them and I gave to Aahil the candies instead. She really thought that I was stupid to let her ruin my plans!

Zoya's pov.

It had been three weeks since we were back home. Ammi had insisted on having a baby shower for the baby where she would name him. I was pretty excited.

"Sanam beta please, can you help me with the zipper of my dress?" I asked to my daughter, and she put it up.

"You're so beautiful ammi." She said kissing my cheek. I smiled and I said:

"You're beautiful as well my baby." I said putting her head against mine.

"You're having a reunion without me!" Seher shouted from behind and I smiled.

"Come here love." I said and she came towards us. I held them against me, and I looked at our reflection in the mirror. They looked so much like me! Sanam even had this scar on her arm.

"I know that it is still new to you, to be together but I won't change this. When I.. When Tanveer has stabbed us, I felt like she was taking away my heart. It wasn't due to the pain it was because I was afraid for you, for ammi. I was scared that she would kill you as well.. I thought about every moment of your life I'd miss. I had realized that she was taking my right of being a mother.. your mother. Today, after the baby shower, it will be your engagement. Then it will be the mehendi ceremonial and the wedding.. It's so hard to believe that you've already become this big. It seems like it was yesterday when I found out that I was pregnant with you. It seems like it was yesterday when I held your tiny bodies in my arms for the first time.. I know that I had taken decisions that might hurt you Sanam. I know that you don't completely approve your wedding and you must be angry at me and your father but you have to know that I didn't want to hurt you when I planned your wedding. My priority is to keep you happy and I know that if I was letting you cry around for Aahil then I wouldn't feel right. I understand your feelings as I got the same feelings when my Api forced me into a marriage with a man called Akram before I met your father. That's why I want you to think about this wedding Sanam. You said that you'd marry Shaad but I want you to know that you can change your mind baby. I am not forcing into anything. If you realize that this wedding will lead you to a deadlock then don't marry Shaad, OK? As for you Seher, look at how you've become. You're dead gorgeous my little princess. Allah Ta'ala allowed me to find you too. Who knows where you could've been? I am so proud of you because you're courageous, you're taking care of this family just like Sanam has taken care of Haaya and ammi. You're the best thing that happened in my life. I want you to promise that you'll always be together no matter what. You'll never let anyone step between your relationship." I hugged them tightly then we left for my baby shower. During the ceremony, ammi came next to me and she put her hands in my belly then she closed her eyes.

"As you're having a baby boy, the name I'm choosing for him is..Zafar. Zafar Ahmed Khan." Ammi said and I smiled.

"Najma had always told me that it was her favourite name so I thought that we could name your baby like this." She revealed and I smiled again.

After the baby shower, Sanam and Seher got engaged. It was an emotional event. I could see how Sanam was a bit reticent about it but Seher was beyond happiness. She was looking at Rehaan as if he was her whole world. I would like Sanam to feel the same way towards Shaad but I knew that it was impossible. I realized that I had messed up with her life and I needed to fix it up. I didn't think that I would be able to let her marry him any more.

Dilshad pov.

I was in my room, just relaxing when someone knocked on the door.

"Come in." I said and Zoya entered the room. She wasn't smiling and she sat on the bed.

"Ammi, I need to tell you something. Ammi, my..I'm going to die. Because of this pregnancy, my health is decreasing. My.. I have a heart disease. So I'm..I didn't tell it to Asad yet but I had to choose between my health and Zafar's life. And I chose to let him live." Zoya said and I fell my heart breaking into pieces.

"No, that can't be true! Why everything has to be so difficult! You can't leave me Zoya. Not again! How can you do this to me!" I sobbed and she hugged me tightly.

"Ammi, please don't! Don't cry. I can't see you crying. I know that it's hard but.."

"Hard?! Do you know how much it hurts Zoya?? I've already seen you dying and I can't get through this again. I'm not strong enough for this!" I sobbed. Zoya hugged me tightly and I hugged her back.

Sanam's p.o.v.

While I was preparing some biscuits for Antara, I got frightened because of Maya. This crazy girl almost killed me with a knife.

"Are you crazy or what?" I screamed and she smirked.

"I know that you're aware of my little secret." She said playing with the tip of the knife. She grabbed my shoulder and in one fast move, I was against her and the knife was against my neck.

"You better stay far from my business Sanam." She threatened and I chuckled.

"Are you kidding me?! You're planning to kill my mother and you want me to let you do it as if nothing is happening!" I said and she pressed the knife against my neck.

"I'm not planning to kill your mother. I'm planning to kill your whole family!" She said and I widened my eyes in horror. She believed that I'd let her killed my family without flinching but she didn't knew me.

"Sanam!" Seher shouted from the room and Maya let go of me so I left. I could feel her gaze on my back but I ignored it. When I entered my room, I saw Seher tidying the room.

"What's happening, Seher?" I asked and she looked at me shocked.

"What's happening? You're really asking me this?! Sanam! You've mixed your lehengas with mine!" She shouted and we looked at each other before laughing so hard that I was crying.

"Sorry ammi, I didn't want to do so!" I said and she gave me my clothes that I put properly in my part of the wardrobe.

Sanam's pov.

I was going into Badi ammi's room when I heard sobs coming from her room.

"I'm going to die. I have a heart disease ammi. We can't do anything about this. It's either me or Zafar and I can't kill my baby." I heard ammi say. What was she talking about??

Awesome update
Sanam & shad met. Like Zoya talk with her daughters. She told her heart disease to her mother which was shocker. Maya & Sanam scene was nice. Sanam heard Zoya convo with dilshad. Hope everything will be fine & nothing happens to Zoya. Update soon plz
