Zoya was rushed to the hospital. Seher was gone and Sanam felt powerless.. how could she make her sister believe her when she herself didn't know what happened?! She was roaming here, silently praying for everything to go back to normal when she spotted Shaad in a room with a pregnant woman. He was holding her hand tightly and Sanam felt intrigued.

She entered the room and put her hand on his shoulder.

"I think I deserve some explanations.." She said and Shaad glanced at his Sanam before leaving the room with the other Sanam.

Three months later.

Nothing was the same at Khan Villa. While Rahat, Hayaa, Humeira and Haider decided to stay back, everyone had gone back to their home due to important matters.

Zoya had drifted in to a coma in this famous night and she wasn't waking up since. She was already seven months pregnant and almost eight. When Asad discovered about her heart disease, he wanted so bad to be mad at her but he just couldn't be mad at his love, his Zoya. He had cried himself to sleep the first week, not eaten on the second week... He had refused to see Zoya on the third week and he had begun to search for a viable heart on the fourth week.

Dilshad had made the tests to see if she was viable with Zoya and she discovered that it was the case. So she decided that she would do it as soon as Zoya would need it.

On the other hand, Seher had only her mother Priya as a support. She broke all ties with her family so she didn't know what happened to her mother because Raziya hid the newspapers about her mother. Seher dressed herself to go to the mall. She left wearing short shorts with a blue tank top.

Rehaan was less than miserable. He was worse than Seher. Aahil had lost his trust in him and no one was talking to him. He had preferred to break all ties with Khan Family so with Dilshad Constructions too.

As for Aahil, it wasn't about trust. He knew that nor Sanam or Rehaan would have been able to do such a thing but he needed to discover who was Tanveer's daughter to prove that she was the one making this evil plan. Not even caring if she was his sister or not.

Sanam wasn't talking to any one in Khan Villa. Eating before everyone on the mornings, and eating after everyone at night. She locked herself into her room all day long. Not even Hayaa, who believed her couldn't put her out of her loneliness. Hayaa saw as Sanam was once again going back to her room and she rubbed her still flat belly.

"I hope that everything will be fine little fella. Don't worry, Insh' allah you'll be born in a serene family." Hayaa prayed before getting ready to go for shopping.

Priya was cleaning the house when she found behind a closet a lot of newspapers.

She picked them and she gasped on seeing this.

"Mrs Khan is in hospital?" She read the article and realized that Zoya was in hospital since the wedding fiasco.

"Why are they all hidden?" She turned around and saw Maya glaring at her.

"What are you doing Priya?" Maya asked.

"Why are these newspapers hidden?" She enquired.

"I hid them. I hid them because I don't want Seher to know about this."

"I always knew that you were wrong for Seher since you were a little girl, you have always created problems for Seher! You're the one who created all these misunderstandings between Seher and her family, aren't you?!"

"How can you accuse me of doing such a thing Khala?" She asked faking anger.

"Don't play this game with me! Seher must be blind but I'm not!" She said and slapped Maya. "You destroyed my baby's family! You separated Seher from her own people!" She said and if looks could kill, Priya would be dead now.

"How dare you slapping me?!" Maya said pushing Priya and Priya's head hit the wall with such force that she fell unconscious. Maya checked her breath and realized that Priya was dead.

"Ya Allah! I've killed her!" She said with concern before smiling evilly.

"At least you won't bother me." Maya said and she dragged Priya's body outside and buried her in the backyard.

"Ya Allah! What a heavy woman she was!" She exclaimed before going back in the house.

Seher was looking at shirts when she spotted Hayaa in a baby store. She made her possible to be unnoticed by Hayaa but Hayaa remarked her and went to her.

"Seher!" She called and walked to her with a smile.

"What do you want?" Seher said with venom in her voice.

"Please Seher stopped it will you?! If not even you, her twin sister can listen to her how do want people to listen to her? Seher you are sisters. You are not strangers. Even though I grew up with Sanam I'm not as close as you are with her!" Hayaa said and Seher rolled her eyes. Her mind was controlled by Maya now.

"If you had talked to me just to tell me how perfect your cousin is then don't talk to me Hayaa." She turned around to leave but Hayaa held her hand.

"Wait Seher." Seher didn't listen and disentangled herself from Hayaa's hold but Hayaa couldn't let her go like this.

"I know that I'll always be thankful to you for giving me the gift to hear. But I should have stayed deaf, then I wouldn't be able to hear your hateful words Safaa." Hayaa said and Seher stopped walking, a tear rolling on her cheek as she heard Hayaa's words particularly Hayaa calling her 'Safaa'.

"I think that you may know that since you left the house, my mother Zoya is in coma. I just wanted to tell you this but maybe it doesn't matter to you because after all she's just the one who had brought you to this world and she's just the one who fought against everyone just to meet her daughters. And she's also the one who has sacrificed her life for her child, hiding her heart disease from you to prevent you from suffering. But after all, she doesn't mean anything for you any more." Hayaa said then left. Seher was now crying not knowing what to do.

She wiped her tears and left to go to the hospital. She asked to the receptionist her mother's room and she went to the room. Zoya was linked up to many things and on seeing her mother like this, Seher sobbed.

"Ammi! I'm so sorry ammi! Please forgive me! I'm truly sorry!" Seher sobbed, holding her mother's hand tightly. She caressed her pale cheek and for a moment, she felt some movements. She thought that she was imagining it but no! Zoya was moving!

"Seher, baby...go back home.." Zoya whispered as she opened her eyes slowly. Seher dropped her hand abruptly.

"Please love... come back.. you've left once..don't go again.." Zoya said before sleeping once again. Seher kissed her forehead before leaving. Her choice was made. She was going back home. For her mother.

She went back to Raziya's house to pick her things to leave with Priya but she found any one but Maya.

"Where is ammi?" Seher asked.

"Um.. I don't know.." Maya answered.

Seher was believing her but then, she spotted Priya's necklace on the ground.

"Where is ammi Maya?!" Seher asked once again, with a voice filled with anger. "Tell me where she is!"

"I swear Seher I don't know!"

Seher was going to attack Maya but she felt a sharp pain on her head and collapsed on the ground. Behind her stood none other than Raziya.
