Chapter 9.

Sanam's pov.

What? It couldn't be possible! How Badi Ammi could hide it from me! How could she?!

"Why?! Why didn't you tell me that I had a sister, a twin sister?! How can you do that to me Badi Ammi?! You always said that as it was just Haaya, you and I. Always said that we must help each other and don't keep secrets from each other because it was the three of us against the world. How could you lie to me for several years!! Look at my so called sister! She's not even dressed up properly!" I said to Badi Ammi and I saw Seher leaving but I didn't give a damn shit about her right now. I needed answers from my so called Badi Ammi.

Seher's pov.

Why everything had to be so difficult?! No one loved me! I would end up alone like always. It seemed like it was my fate. My own sister didn't want me in her life..I was so happy to know that I had finally found a family! I called my Ammi and she answered quickly.

"Ammi!" I sobbed.

"Safaa? Kya hua beta?" She asked concerned.

"Ammi I've found my family but..they can't accept me, especially my twin sister. I don't know what to do! I'm feeling irrelevant!"

"Safaa, listen to me. Your sister must be shocked to see you but I'm sure she loves you. How someone can't love you? You're the most amazing person that I've ever known. She will realise this don't worry ok?"

"Ji ammi. I love you and thank you for everything."

"I love you too Safaa."

"Ammi? From now, I want you to call me Seher."

"Ji Seher. I'm so happy that you finally found your roots."

"Me.." My cellphone got taken by some guy and I was going to shout at him but he put a knife on my neck.

"Sanam, did you forget that we're engaged? What are you doing outside dress up like this? And what were you doing with this guy this afternoon?" He said slightly pressing the knife against my neck.

"Please let go of me." I felt the knife entering my neck and I winced in pain.

"I won't let you go Sanam."

Sanam's pov.

"Sanam! Enough! You want to know the truth then I'm gonna tell you the truth! 17 years ago, your parents got killed by someone called Tanveer Beg. My son, my bahu, died in front me, in front of you. I was so shocked that I couldn't think properly. When I wanted to run away with Haaya, Seher and you, Seher was nowhere to be seen so I just ran away with Haaya and you. You don't know how hard it is for me to think that Seher has grown up by herself. You're blaming me because I didn't say nothing about you having a twin sister but do you think about Seher? She spent 17 years by herself without knowing her roots and she did everything to find us. And look how you treated her! You treated her like a stranger when she has already given you a place in her heart while she didn't even knew you!" Badi Ammi was right. I didn't even respect Seher. I criticised her as soon as I opened my mouth. I left the house to look for her and I found her with Anwar, my ex-fianc. I didn't want to marry him any more as I was slowly falling for Aahil.

Seher's pov.

The guy was kissing my collarbone while he was still holding the knife against my neck.

"Please, let go of me." I said sobbing. He chuckled and kissed my jawline then he kissed me. He tried to enter his tongue in my mouth but I kept my mouth shut. He pressed again the knife against my neck deepening the wound which was already deep.

"Anwar!" Someone shouted and he turned around as I looked as well at my saviour. It was none other than Sanam herself.

"Leave my sister alone, bas***d." She exclaimed. He let go of me and walked towards Sanam. I saw a bottle so I took it and I hit Anwar with it as hard as I could. He collapsed on the ground and I sighed. Sanam was looking at me with tears in her eyes.

"Seher.." She came towards me and before I knew it, I fainted and I collapsed in her arms.

Sanam's pov.

I managed to brought Seher back home and Badi Ammi looked at me disappointed before taking Seher from my arms and leading her to her room. I sat on the floor and I cried, because of my behaviour, this pig almost wronged Seher. I felt so guilty because I shouldn't have reacted this way. I judged her without even knowing her properly. I went to Badi Ammi's room and I knocked at the door.

She allowed me to enter. Haaya was there as well, putting a wet cloth on Seher's forehead. She also bandaged her wound.

"Badi Ammi, I'm really sorry. I know that I acted like a selfish. I don't know what took over me to make me act this bad towards you and Seher. Please forgive me." Badi Ammi looked at me with tears in her eyes then she hugged me. I hugged her back and when we broke the hug, she asked me:

"How did she get injured?"

"Actually Anwar was the one who hurt her. He wanted to wrong her but I got there in time to save her."

"Why?"

"He...I broke off the engagement with him because I'm not in love with him Badi Ammi."

"I already know Sanam. Go get some rest, we'll talk about this tomorrow, right?"

"Ji Badi Ammi. But..Can..Can Seher sleep with me? I want to keep an eye on her as her wound seem really deep."

"Let her rest here. Don't worry Sanam. This day was really tough for us. I'll keep an eye on Seher." I nodded and I left, a bit disappointed.

Ok. Thats bad especially if ur fisnce or would be fiance misbehaves with u. Thank god sanam reached on time to save seher. I am sure once sanam and seher gets to know each other they will be bffs as well as the shadods of each other. Btw it will be hard time for aahil to recognize sansm though i know if u love someone ur hesrt will recognize that special someone. Will be interesting to see asya to see their lovely daughters and their reunion. Hoping u will update it soon.
